Terrible experience with the most rude owner.
It is unacceptable to feel treated with disdain and rudeness in a facility that should make hospitality its strong point. Regardless of the quality of the rooms or services offered, such behavior inevitably compromises the entire experience. It is a real shame that this poor service ruins all the potential that the hotel could have had.
I do not feel comfortable recommending this hotel and I hope that management intervenes to significantly improve the staff's attitude towards customers.

NIGHTMARE WELCOME!!! Rude, discourteous, boorish, and unprofessional owner
Even during the phone call, I sensed a lack of courtesy, but I decided not to pay much attention to it. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, the situation was much worse. Upon entering the courtyard with the car, even though I was noticed, no one came to greet me. After several minutes of waiting, I called the facility and was answered rather rudely with a simple "arrival."
About 20 minutes passed without anyone showing up. At that point, I was forced to personally look for someone and found the owner sitting on the couch watching television. Instead of apologizing for the wait, his attitude was aggressive and disrespectful. The phrase directed at me was: "You are 20 years old, you have already called me twice, when you could have come here."
Moreover, the behavior and the condition in which the owner presented himself gave me the impression that he might be under the influence of alcohol, a circumstance that further increased my discomfort.
In the face of such a welcome, incompatible with any concept of hospitality and respect for the customer, I decided not to stay at the facility and to leave immediately, despite having booked and paid a deposit.
In many years of traveling, I have rarely experienced such rude and unprofessional treatment. A hospitality establishment should make guests feel welcome, not uncomfortable from the very first moment.

PERFECT
The breakfast was excellent, a wide choice savory / sweet. Different cakes every day, French croissants, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs,...
The pool is very nice, with an open bar and shared fridge available.
The owners are adorable, caring with the holidaymakers.
The perfect room with air conditioning.
The estate is beautiful and relaxing, between vineyards and olive trees.
10-15 minutes from the center of Lazise, perfect to discover all the villages of Lake Garda.
I highly recommend!!
