Weekend

Beautiful weekend,
Pesaro is a beautiful city, Hotel Mare is very convenient for getting around on foot.
Welcoming hotel, excellent cleanliness, excellent breakfast... I will definitely return... compliments.

Bad Processing

We stayed at this hotel in August 2025, as we had for the previous four years. Unfortunately, this year our experience was very negative and we decided not to come back.
Here are the main episodes that left a very unpleasant impression:
- Reception closed without notice: we returned one night and found the hotel closed, without any prior information. On the website and in the structure it was reported that it was enough to leave the key at the reception to return late (without indicating the time), but despite having followed the directions we found ourselves stuck outside.
- Dangerous bicycles: we used the bikes made available by the hotel and a wheel literally exploded while we were out and about, risking to hurt us. On the way back, instead of receiving assistance, we were accused of using them improperly, as if it were our fault.
- Flooding of the room: one stormy evening one of the rooms had flooded (dried from the hotel), because during the cleaning the window had been left open and we had not closed it (having passed by the hotel for a short time and not having noticed). Despite the obvious responsibility of the hotel, the staff insisted several times blaming us for what happened.
What made it even worse was the way we were treated: with little availability, rudeness and no attention, despite being regulars for several years.
A real shame, but after this experience we will never return.

Hotel with friendly staff with great location

Hotel with great location, only in the evening being close to the playground a lot of confusion, very kind bike staff to turn in the evening the seafront, great breakfast if you ask make you on the minute even eggs toast etc etc etc, the ubiquitous negative note the water room in the shower was scarce did not have a nice jet and much dust in the room.

Great value

Great value hotel in a super location. Rooms have aircon and balcony. Ours had a lovely sea view. The breakfast was quite good , Italian continental. The evening meal is served in a big dining room, whilst it lacked atmosphere, the food was fine with a wonderful salad and veg bar !
