I'm starting to doubt....

...of some reviews, without going into specifics.
Introduction: usually before booking anything I read the reviews on the web, this time not, as we purchased the night in this hotel as part of a package agreement with the ZOOM Park. Only later, on Google, did I take a look and find reviews bordering on the tragic, so much so that I doubted my choice and thought about booking elsewhere, still losing the money already spent.
Good thing I didn't!
From the outside the hotel has some parts that definitely need to be revised, especially at the base on the car park side, but I can't say anything else negative about it. The staff was very kind, from the girl at reception to the person who prepares the coffee in the morning, our room was perfectly clean, from the sheets to the towels, to the bathroom, to the floor which had just been washed. We were given the room 2 hours earlier than check in was supposed to be. I read about windows that didn't open, very small TVs (and would that be a problem?), non-existent wi fi, breakfast from 7 to 8. Meanwhile breakfast was from 7 to 10 (during the week), the TV was an excellent screen even though I I think the TV is useless on holiday, the window opened almost halfway, then it touched the curtain bar but not bad, in any case the exchange of air was guaranteed, the wi fi was definitely there. The curtain did not cover the light 100% but this is a "problem" that I have encountered in many hotels I have stayed in around the world. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations, I would recommend it without a shadow of a doubt. I attach some photos to prove what I wrote. If desired, at the back there is a beautiful garden where you can have breakfast and from the room we had a really nice view... the homemade cakes for breakfast were very good.
Having said that, thank goodness that I didn't trust what I read, I would have thrown away a hundred euros in vain.

The hotel of horrors

It's hard to find words to describe my experience at this hotel. We purchased the ticket + hotel package on the Zoom website. Upon our arrival at the property we see an old and dilapidated building. The inside is perhaps worse than the outside. The rooms are falling apart: walls dirty and stained with dead bugs left on the walls. The ceilings full of humidity and with holes. Sheets with holes and hair, dirty towels. Beds without bases, mattresses without covers, but only with sheets. We asked for the room to be replaced but were told that having "used" it (we had only left our luggage) they could not satisfy our request. The mini bar was dirty and had a strange liquid inside it. The dirty and stained curtains and lamps, the window panes opaque from how dirty they were. Not to mention the bedbugs we also found in the bed. The toilet paper found in the room had already started.
The breakfast reflects the structure.
The only positive note was the very friendly receptionist.

HORRIBLE. THE HORROR HOTEL

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding in October.
My friends made an agreement with them specifically for their wedding, ensuring a superior quality service. And it showed... very dirty rooms, bedbugs in the beds and mold on the walls.
Realize
I can't give less than one star but it would have been a nice 0 if not less for your hotel and your service.

Very bad

We found this hotel in agreement with Zoom. Already from the outside you could see the poor save. Old, poorly maintained hotel that is falling apart. As soon as you enter the situation makes you think again, the girls we found very nice, polite and helpful, but as soon as you enter the lift you already go back to the initial idea. Parquet that comes off the ground as you walk. Let's not talk about the rooms!! We booked a superior room for 2 adults and a child, there were 3 single beds: 2 attached by the mattress cover together and one detached! Non-existent pillows, broken air conditioning, broken toilet seats and a broken shower door! Really rough cleaning, only a large, very nauseating smell of perfume which evidently had to give a semblance of cleanliness. Forget breakfast, at 9 in the morning they had nothing left to eat and in the few things that were there, my partner found a dying fly. I don't recommend

RUN AWAY, YOU'RE STILL ON TIME, VERY BAD

ZOOM+ HOTEL PACKAGE I'm sorry to be so harsh but people who intend to stay in this hotel must be warned, we don't have high expectations, we have stayed in several 3 star establishments but this hotel doesn't even deserve one star... the exterior is falling to pieces literally, the covering has holes all over the strip near the ground up to about a meter in height, the rooms are divided into standard-economic rooms located on the 1st floor and superior rooms located on the 4th floor, we paid the same amount as our friends (120 euros) but we were placed in the standard rooms, the room was dilapidated, the furniture very old, the walls full of internal humidity with the swollen plaster losing pieces, the walls full of insects, the windows (opened out of desperation ) on the outside they had a layer of moss, dust and cobwebs never seen before, the bathroom with FULL rubbish and used toilet paper... inside the wardrobe there was a man's underwear complete with a pouch with wallet as if it was a room that had already been assigned to others, inside the mini bar there were yellow/orange remains very similar to urine but I sincerely hope that this is not the case... we had the room changed, the other one was worse than the previous one, the sink it was literally falling on me, the bed had a layer of dust on it, insects everywhere... I went to the reception again (it was around 11pm) with enormous rudeness and arrogance they changed rooms again, this time giving us a 'superior 'slightly better placed in terms of furnishings, but with an unbearable smell comparable to wet stuff when it stays too long in the washing machine (the same in all the rooms on the fourth floor) air conditioners not working, we were forced to open the window... we were not managed to sleep because they hosted a thirtieth birthday party in the garden until 2am with loud disco-style music in the open air... GET AWAY.
