Nice experience!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights due to my husband's work. It was a very satisfying experience! The hotel is very, very clean, quiet (despite its location), and comfortable. The great kindness and professionalism of the staff are particularly striking. Perhaps the breakfast is a bit... basic, but still satisfying. The very clean pool and the air conditioning in the rooms and throughout the hotel provide relief on days like those of our stay, when the summer heat is particularly strong. The location, being more distant from the city center, allows for easy access to other towns, avoiding urban traffic. We will definitely return!

Below zero

We have known this hotel for a long time and have stayed there several times; returning means that in the past we had a good experience, up until our last family stay of almost a week. A great disappointment, due to the behavior of a single receptionist. He cannot stand the presence of guests with children; he seems hospitable at first, but then he watches the children's behavior on the cameras and comes to reprimand you even in front of other hotel guests. You feel practically spied on. Very unpleasant behavior, and if you try to have a confrontation with this staff member, who is among other things a long-time employee of this hotel, he is very arrogant in the way he responds to you. If children bother you that much, turn your hotel into an adults-only establishment. In addition, the bathroom in the room smelled like sewage all night long. A positive note: at the reception in the evening/night there was always a helpful and polite guy; the arrogant one is the one during the day. Simple but good breakfast! The pool is very nice but small and crowded; they should organize it better, perhaps with reservations by a certain time the day before for the next day with a limited number of spots. Therefore, the organization to make the stay pleasant is below zero. Understaffed... That said, in the end it could improve, but I will never set foot in this dump again so I never have to see the face of the receptionist who works during the day.

Excellent [ironic]

Upon arrival, it seemed great. Then, as soon as we entered, we noticed a small hole in the wall, and inside it was full of ants. Arrogant staff, they violently threw all our belongings out of the room. Also, the staff does not speak Italian, and we found yellow stains on the mattresses and sheets. Breakfast was not optimal, very poor and without any typical sweets. The quadruple rooms were tiny, and as soon as you tried to open the door, a huge piece of furniture blocked the way.

Stephanie was excellent upon checking in. She's very helpful. Taxi service is very quick. Waling to the bus stop is not too long but the streets are somewhat dirty. I liked that there was towels provided for the pool. There was a lot of long black hair floating in the pool that kept getting on us. I wasn't happy that our shower wasn't enclosed & flooded the bathroom every time the shower was used. There was mold in the shower, the drain cap was not connected & the shower didn't drain properly. I brought these issues to the manager multiple times & nothing was ever done. My husband & I slipped on the drain cap almost falling multiple times.

Bad experience

Very nice structure we stayed in the Royal suite the hot tub is very small suitable for one person but the worst thing about the rooms soundproofing equal to zero!!! All night listening to the “repertoires” of the other rooms you hear anything I strongly advise against staying overnight especially if there are children
