Disappointing location

Be aware that the location is not strategic; you will have to take public transport to reach the beaches (about 30 minutes). The rooms are vintage but have the essentials.

Vacation no rest

In the rooms you can hear all the noises. Little cleanliness, food poor quality both for dinner and breakfast, waiters not ready for this service in the dining room, air conditioning at maximum. I would not go back

Disastrous

I do not recommend this hotel at all. My room's bathroom is missing tiles, it is very far from the center, about an hour away, and then the beach they claim is 8 km away is not a beach; you cannot be there and there is no one around... Poetto beach is about half an hour away... I wanted to leave and they do not want to refund the money. They charge you upon arrival without giving you the room, so you cannot see it. In my experience, I do not recommend it at all; there are better hotels in the center or very close to the city. It is not my first time in Sardinia and this is the worst hotel by far, despite having more stars than others I have been to... it does not correspond at all, it is like a hostel in Spain.

Sardinia Tour

During the Sardinia Tour, I stayed 2 nights in this hotel with a group from June 28 to 30. I found the room to be extremely hot, and I had to call to turn on the air conditioning. The shower door did not close properly, the bathroom faucet was stuck, and there was a 14-inch television. The hallways had dirty ceilings, and the lunch and dinner, which I believe were cooked by a chef but were actually prepared by a sous-chef, included burnt meat and poorly cooked fish. The only positive aspect was the breakfast; the rest needs to be reviewed, both in terms of renovation and the kitchen, considering they claim to be a 4-star establishment. I will not return, especially since we arrived at 10:00 PM after the group spent 12 hours navigating, and then at the reception, the staff immediately insisted on paying the tourist tax. Oh, I almost forgot, the phone in the room did not work.
