The hotel was ok but the staff not helpful

The good things:
The room was clean and nice, as expected.
The lady who served breakfast was wonderful. She insisted on preparing breakfast for us on our last day, even though we were leaving very early.
The not so good thing (Not helpful hotel staff):
I asked the hotel for bus schedules to get there before my arrival and for a breakfast package for our early check-out. Unfortunately, I found some of the least helpful hotel staff I've ever encountered, with the exception of the lady I mentioned above.
This is a nice and expensive hotel, as it is everything in the area, but I expected more help when I needed it.

Perfect.

Sono stays here with my daughters between Saturday and Sunday for a wedding, central area, very spacious room, very nice courtyard with garden, chairs, table and deckchairs. The staff was very friendly. A special mention goes to the room, spotless, modern but with classic style and, above all, to the shower really XXL in which I slingshot just arrived. 5 stars of course

Right in the centre

Vittoria holiday homes are located a few steps from the central square of Ravello. For those by car, they rely on a paid car park which is very useful given the lack of parking, equipped with a free shuttle to the centre. The structure is very well kept, clean and the breakfast is both sweet and savory. In an excellent position for visiting the area

Great location and apartment

We had a clean and spacious one bedroom apartment with full kitchen including a washer. Location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great including excellent coffee, fruit, pastries, cheese and salami. There was a lovely courtyard/garden and a outdoor terrace with seating. Perfect stay.
