Simple, sympathetic and super located!

Simple but good hostel/hotel.
Friendly staff and great location.
Marina di Ravenna and Punta Marina are highly recommended to visit especially with the restaurants, events and markets.

Terrible. Dormitory of 4 order. That's terrible. Breakfast on the other hand fantastic. The staff was very friendly. In summary, I would sleep in the car rather than return.

In Romagna you never go wrong

The first thing to do a compliment to all the people who work in the 'hotel, the strong points are the breakfast and the cleanliness of camere.Parcheggio roomy enough , very convenient bike rental, important location of the structure 2 steps from the sea

Excellent service

Recently renovated hotel with comfortable lift. There are armchairs outside and an indoor entertainment room. Convenient parking behind the structure. Pleasant spacious room with indispensable air conditioning. The only drawback in the room but they are already providing, is the lack in some rooms of the bidet. For the rest the room was equipped with hairdryer, television and safe. Being b&b there was included breakfast that in 40 years I have never found so vast and rich elsewhere. Different types of cakes, different types of fresh fruits, multiple types of sweet and especially savory croissants filled with cold cuts. Exceptional especially for a non-Italian audience. Overall I had a great time with anyone in the structure always kind and helpful, from the receptionist to the bar room to the cleaning girl. Really TOP

TO AVOID

We stayed only 2 nights (thank goodness) for an event in Marina di Ravenna. 2 adults and 2 children (15-10 years old) we paid 300 euros plus 1 euro per person per night of tourist tax. Negative impression from the first moment we entered. Structure built in my opinion in the 70-80s and left as it is even with the furnishings and the elevator. Very dilapidated rooms. Peeling plaster and holes on the wall I presume from a fallen shelf. shower with floor drain with a curtain that also includes the toilet. Daily cleaning, but cleaning an old thing always gives the impression of being dirty. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful from sweet to savory. A negative point was the vending machine for hot drinks which were disgusting, so much so that all the guests then asked for them at the bar counter.
The hotel car park is large but unfortunately we have encountered undisciplined workers from a construction company on business who parked their work vehicles without respect. We reported the matter to the reception but they turned a deaf ear. To conclude, it is worth mentioning the natural wake-up call by a peacock starting more or less from 7-8 in the morning.
