Fabulous vacation

Perfect vacation.. beautiful location.. very well-kept and very clean.. the pool is splendid.. my children had a blast.. staff very kind and very attentive to the customer's needs.. everyone always smiling and kind.. top-notch cuisine.. we did full board and we ate like royalty.. everything very delicious with quality and tasty products.. even for the little girls the chef was always attentive to satisfying their requests with simpler dishes.. sweet and savory breakfast with a varied selection of products..
Beautiful sea with very precise shuttle service..
The rooms are a bit dated but very functional and spotlessly clean.
What can I say? We didn't want to leave anymore..
A special thanks to Maria, always attentive to our needs, to Kila, the dining room manager, and to the waiter Salvatore, a very sweet boy who is always very polite.
I highly recommend the property, especially if you want to experience relaxation..

Definitely overpriced

The only positive note: staff composed of super friendly and helpful young people.
For the rest, everything was mediocre: from the first to the last day, continuous power surges (often while in the shower); rooms clean but dated and small with an air conditioner that was on its last legs (which often turned off during the night due to the power surges); pool so full of people that it was almost unusable, without a mandatory swim cap, not to mention the number of children who made the experience not very relaxing; shuttle service convenient in itself, but in practice, you had to wait a while between one trip and the next, and if the 8 seats were occupied, you had to wait for the next turn; furthermore, the Grotticelle beach recommended by the hotel (for €50 per day) was reachable after a few minutes of walking on the scorching sand in the middle of people at the beach clubs in front, lacking a bathroom (you had to go back to reach the nearest beach club), with showers counted per day and on a raised platform distant from the sea.
Overall, the experience was mediocre, but mainly due to the discrepancy between the services offered and the cost.

The archetype of hospitality

I spent 4 days with my wife and 11-month-old son, and the property represented the archetype of hospitality: punctual with our requests and attentive with discretion. Superlative cleanliness, large spaces, convenient shuttle to the beautiful Grotticelle beach, and an evening atmosphere (to immerse yourself in) that was created in the restaurant, which became the protagonist along with the excellent food and the never-banal musical entertainment.

Stay week mid-August 2026

Superior room only in words dated 2008 with ruined period furniture, no elevator,
and with a very small and obsolete bathroom, noisy fridge and therefore not usable, imprecisely closing entrance door and annoying game, dinner to be held at 20 o'clock precise as the waiters had to be used in the Sushi and Fish restaurant with loud music until over midnight and a half every evening, interval of 1 hour for the shuttle to the sea to 'go, location of the structure away from any aggregation point (bar, etc....) out of the way in the open countryside and
also from the beach, piano bar evenings non-existent and also Calabrian evening in August, inability to consume drinks for lack of space for guests of the structure

Sleeping was not included in the rate.

We stayed in mid-July as a family with three children. The assigned room was located right above the hotel's restaurant/club: walls vibrating, music, spotlights, and smoke until 1 a.m., then breakfast setup starting at 7 a.m. Very complicated night for the whole family and especially the children.
When we reported the problem, the response was that the revenue generated by the restaurant/club took priority, that it was up to us to anticipate these disturbances, and that in case of dissatisfaction we were free to leave the establishment. No offer of a replacement room, no alternative solution, including after a written letter to management.
Not wishing to endure a second sleepless night, we left the establishment without obtaining a refund. We had to urgently find another hotel with two available rooms, in the middle of the season, which took time. In addition to providing us with neither solutions nor apologies, we were blamed for leaving late, without the slightest empathy for the situation.
Factual information for families: ask before booking if the room overlooks the nightclub, and inquire about its operating hours.
