Pleasant stay, but with some aspects to improve
Overall the stay was pleasant, even if, considering the category of a 4-star hotel, we expected something more from the room, which needs to be fixed up and renovated in some aspects.
The pool, on the other hand, is really beautiful and above all very clean, definitely a positive point.
A special note of merit goes to Giulia at the reception, really super: kind, helpful, and very welcoming. The guy at breakfast also welcomed us with great kindness, making us feel at ease right away. The cappuccino and coffee were also excellent!
An unpleasant note, however, concerns the parking: I had to pay €15 and, despite this, I had to drive around and around to find a spot. For a 4-star hotel, I would have expected better organization in this aspect as well.
Overall it didn't go badly, but in our opinion, the room and the parking management were not fully up to the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. With a little more attention, the experience would certainly have been better.

A terrific week with great customer service and evening restaurant.
The hotel rooms were generally quiet though some of our party on lower floors facing the sea noticed some vehicle noise in the morning and late afternoon. The rooms and the hotel generally, were very clean.
Other non cycling guests also appeared to enjoy their stay there and appreciated the location - just 5 minutes from the beach and a 15 minute walk from Riccione station from where one could take a train or a tram to Rimini and many other locations.
The hotel stay was good value for money: while we have stayed at cheaper hotels in Spain and Mallorca, our half board package also included free cycle kit washing each night and a daily small lunch snack.
Note to cyclists: there is a secure bike storage area with basic maintenance tools and a track pump. Vanessa at the hotel liaised with Teknobike who provided about half of our road bike rentals and the the other road bikes were sourced from Hotel Dory.
