Family vacation

We stayed for the first time this year at the Hotel Helios and we had a very good time. Ideal hotel for families with children, the presence of the inflatable outside was very much appreciated! We also enjoyed the entertainment after dinner. We found the room clean, the only "flaw" the lack of a fridge, which would have been very useful, but they gave us the possibility anyway to put something inside a small common fridge placed under the bar counter.
Varied and good quality food, we also appreciated the two themed evenings organized.
If the opportunity arises, we will definitely return!

We are sharing our experience!
Clean and large room, we liked it a lot!
Breakfast cakes always varied and good!
Lunch and dinner, we appreciated everything a lot, excellent cuisine, the only flaw was the heat in the dining room and the mosquitoes; we ate outside on Ferragosto and it was wonderful!
Entertainment.. we found much more entertainment in Romano the night porter! Very nice and his spritzes are good!
Games for children outside the hotel need to be reviewed..
Partner beach of a high standard! We liked it a lot!

Travel to Helios!

We had a very good time, we thank Giulio, Kate and Sofia. Congratulations also to the room and the kitchen. Also good girls of the floors and great room!

Very Disappointed

We stayed in this structure and we can confirm that it was the most terrible holiday we did I state that we spent €1700 for two people and two dogs gold package all inclusive that was not so only lunch and dinner was all inclusive outside meals you paid all the agreements were meat or fish things never seen only on the 14th we ate fish and it was also frozen was all funny you had to serve yourself and always wax the usual things tomatoes salads chips vegetables etc etc etc and if it was not consumed put it back at the table served only the first and second with drinking the remaining was self service just arrived air conditioning that did not work immediately report the problem is reported and gas discharge tomorrow comes the technician never seen hair on the plate that we immediately reported to the waitress Silvia that we pointed out bikes that were included in the living room is reported to us are for a fee meals that are served in less than half an hour not even the time to eat have luxury prices that honestly is not worth it is better with that figure we could return being that sometimes we make wekend but from lived experience we will not return and also confirm that in the structure I was not the only to notice these things there were also other people like us who were disappointed

non mi sento di commentare il suo giudizio totalmente falso in merito alle cose che venivano dato o erqano incluse . Lei puo dare sicuramente il suo giudizio e io lo accetto volentieri perche ce sempre da imparare ma scrivere coser false mi dispiace si tratta solo di cattiveria e diffamazione
Quindi non mi ritengo di mettermi alla sua altezza e discutere del nulla o di falsita
Perdipiu non si firma nemmeno ( forse teme una querela !)
Lo sa che adesso tripadvisor è obbligato a comuniacare chi scrive la recensione ? le consiglio di stare attento a ciò che scrive

Good experience :)

Staff was really nice all the time. The rooms are very clean. The beach has everything you need. Breakfast could be better but lunch and dinner are always very good. The only thing I have to give a negative point is for the animators, i don’t know if they realise the responsibility a kid is. So even if they’re nice they just need to check more on them when they try go seats. Everything else was very good!
