Impeccable vacation!
I wish to sincerely thank all the staff, from the reception to the lifeguards, for the professionalism, availability, and kindness shown during our stay.
A special thanks goes to the director, a humble, courteous person who is always attentive to the guests. I spent my birthday here and, for the occasion, they left a bottle in my room: a truly appreciated gesture that made me feel special.
I celebrated with my family and, being in sweet anticipation, I felt truly pampered and was able to relax completely.
Everything was impeccable: from the welcome to the food, up to the quality of the stay. I recommend this structure without any doubt and I would return a thousand times more. Thank you again to everyone for making this experience so beautiful and unforgettable!

Highly recommended, for adults and children
Beautiful holiday, the staff who welcomed us was immediately helpful, welcoming, they had already been very kind to wait for our confirmation (we had the sick child, a few days before arriving at the hotel and waited two days before for confirmation). The beach and the part of the sea very convenient to manage even small children (breakwater boulders that make that part of the sea safe for families with children), Beach Service always with a smile and available and umbrella and deck chairs included in the hotel package.
Exquisite dinner, great dishes, really compliments to the chef and the wait staff.
Animation and DJ Service (Marianna, Andrea and Mattia) engaging and very nice with children and parents, evenings with aperitifs, snacks, music, watermelon and drinks on the beach, and the idea of Ferri Christmas for mid-August for adults and children. And the evening with the magician, Sarabanda, the baby dance, etc!
Hotel very suitable for families!
We also had a package with drinks included at the hotel bar, sweet Cecilia (the last day we visited your Riccione too!! Wow!) and all the bar staff (I can't remember everyone's names!).
A big thank you also to the Hotel Manager! A young boy, very smart and with great skills in meeting customer requests and in having a chat with young and old!

They might aim high, but they settle for the minimum
We stayed with the whole family because looking for relaxation and fun for our daughters, the structure is not very well given the sign with the letters electrocuted, the cozy interior, the reception staff always smiling
Accommodation: the rooms are small but have everything you need even if in 4 you are a bit 'tight, the bathroom of the rooms leaves a little' to be desired and could be done better since we are in a 4 star for example not having the taps eaten by limestone or the towel rest dangling, not to mention the missing tile above the door jamb....
Food: As for the meal menu nothing to say except : There are also Italians!!!! You can not present a cheese and pepper that is not cheese and pepper and a grana that is not a Grana... we are in Emilia, I would have expected a little more....
The staff: The guys ALL friendly from the first to the last ... all always available with a smile and always available Antoinette and the night porter (I do not know what it's called) were outstanding :)))
Animation: what about Edoardo Christopher and Andrea work hard following all the directives they are given, I would change something in the setlist like the game of the box (mysterious object) and the walk... for the rest are beginners and do really much, very good for their commitment!
Conclusion: I would stay there again because in the end we were not bad, my daughters were happy with the stay and especially the hotel directly on the beach and eating with the sea view has its why.
I hope this review is constructive especially for owners who can grasp those nuances that serve to become excellent. I wish you a good job and who knows maybe even next year

Perfect family holiday: pamper yourself at Imperial Beach in Rimini!
We stayed at the Imperial Beach Hotel in Rimini for our first beach holiday with our 10-month-old baby and we could not choose a better structure!
The welcome was warm from the first moment: the staff is attentive, helpful and always ready to meet every need, even those of a family with a newborn. In the room they made us find everything we needed for our little one (cot, high chair and bottle warmer), making us feel at home.
The location of the hotel is truly unique: directly on the beach, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the convenience of going down in seconds to the beach. Perfect for those who, like us, need practicality with a small child.
The restaurant also deserves praise: varied, tasty and well-kept dishes. We also appreciated the availability in preparing baby food and simple dishes suitable for our child.
A truly impeccable experience in every respect: cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and services designed for the little ones.
We will definitely return and recommend it from the heart to all families who want to live a serene and relaxing holiday with their children.
