Great hotel and must stay

It's very nice and cozy hotel, I had wonderful stay with excellent services. Landlady is very helpful and made me had feeling as home away from home.
Hotel's decoration are elegant and luxury. Great location, many good food restaurants around with reasonable price. I really enjoyed very much.

Disappointed expectation

This is an inferior three star…unfortunately apart from the friendly and helpful staff and an external façade that is very deceiving, everything else needs to be redone…I start from our room, a quadruple room; if the first impression is what counts we should have closed it and gone elsewhere. The photos speak for themselves: a chandelier is missing, the sockets are working but destroyed, peeling walls, broken desk glass, missing window curtains, broken shutter frames, encrusted taps, courtesy set not received... I'll stop here. As for the food, no comment: we went on a three-day "fast"...poor and sad breakfast, without the possibility of choosing the dishes for lunch and dinner (I don't even make bagged salad at home), we didn't see it a shadow of fish (and we are in a seaside place)... very sorry... the place is worth it if only for the location, but more attention would be needed because it is the "little things" that make the difference. YOU CAN GIVE MORE says a well-known song!

Cheap and in a great location.

The hotel has a very pleasant exterior and is located just a few steps from the organized beach. The rooms and common areas show a bit of wear and tear and could benefit a lot from a careful maintenance activity. Some rooms have sea views, but those in the attic are not exactly pleasant. The bedding should be more accurate. Catering has a limited and repetitive offer, but good quality. Owner and reception staff extremely friendly and helpful, which still makes the stay pleasant.
Overall advantageous value for money.

Excellent value for money

Courteous, welcoming and helpful staff. Hotel a stone's throw from the sea practically in front, reachable on foot. Clean and comfortable rooms. Varied and abundant continental breakfast (both sweet and savory). Excellent value for money.

To forget

Dirty and shabby furnishings room, old bathroom.. The whole hotel is very neglected. Poor breakfast with low quality products. Absolutely to avoid. The only positive note is the kindness of the guys who work in the hotel
