Good value for money - price and courtesy.

We spent one night on the weekend. We had a good time, very convenient to go to the beach. Rooms and bathrooms clean. The owner and her son are kind and helpful.

Heavily threatened!!! HOTEL OF HORRORS!

We had a really horrible night, we were treated badly by an Albanian lady who pretends to be the owner, we were insulted and threatened heavily, my girlfriend even went muzzle to muzzle. All because a friend of my girlfriend arrived and obviously leaving the recorded documents we went to have a chat in the room, just the time of 1 hour. She is a very aggressive lady even with her staff that at 10.00 we wanted two bottles of water, and she insulted him heavily in front of the clientele. Atmosphere vote NOTHING. They change purchases and towels every 3 days. I strongly advise against even staying half an hour in this hotel especially for the little or rather absence of PROFESSIONALISM! The lady also forced/threatened us to leave the key in the room, so I really worried that she might get into it (having cash money). I don't know if this lady is really the owner of this
Hotel, but if it is RUN and DO NOT STAY!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND!! He repeated strongly that he was Albanian and wanted to intimidate us. Really in horrible experience I would rather sleep on the beach.

Buongiorno. La ringrazio per la sua recensione. Le ricordo che lei aveva prenotato una camera matrimoniale, ma sua ragazza ha voluto fare entrare anche la sua amica a tarda ora. gli ho spiegato con tanto gentilezza che no può accedere nella vostra camera da letto in quanto non un ospite della struttura e non è registrata all PS come da legge. Alla chiamata di sua ragazza in viva voce, si sentivano bene le tue urla e offese nei miei confronti, tanto che è sceso giù e con prepotenza voleva fare entrare la ragazza usando anche tante parolacce. Unico momento che mi sono alzata e vi ho fermati a parole, ripetendo che non poteva salire nella vostra camera. Dopo mezza notte in hotel ce silenzio perché altri clienti che hanno pagato come lei, vogliono riposare e dormire. A quel ora , atmosfera e musica esiste nelle discoteche, pub e altri locali notturni non in hotel. Lei ha prenotato solo per una notte, quindi le coperte e asciugamani dovevano essere sufficienti. La chiave è proprietà della struttura e per motivi di sicurezza o probabile perdita di essi rimane sempre nella hall, come lo fanno tutti i clienti senza creare nessun problema, ma lei urlava di nuovo incostante passate le 24.00 fregandosi che tutti i altri dormivano e in hotel era silenzio. Dal mio punto di vista e lei che non sa comportarsi nel hotel. Riguardando acqua. il portiere fa il portiere e non barista, maggior ragione che erano passate le 01.00 e si deve concentrare al suo lavoro e non la vendita di bevande che non la compete, quindi non può venderti acqua, maggior ragione che eravate a pena rientrati con tanto di sacchetti e altre bevande. Lei è un cliente, ma questo non ti da il diritto di offendere una donna al posto di lavoro che sia o no la titolare, che sia o no Italiana o Abanese. Se per lei professionalità consiste nel consentirti di fare ciò che ti pare e piace, si sbaglia. Sono la titolare, e non permetto di entrare le persone non registrate come chiede la legge Italiana..Buona giornata.

Upon arrival I am told that the room I booked is on the third floor with external staircase without elevator adding "it is not my business if the site was not clear"!
And whose apology would that be?
That is, the hotelier shifts the blame for the big misunderstanding onto the Reservation site, falsely, since usually similar situations are specified.
And that I also received a confirmation email directly from the hotel where there was no mention of the situation, which denounces bad faith!
I ask to have a normal room and I get it but guaqrdacaso I have to pay a difference. For that amount I would have booked a better rated hotel.
In fact it is all true what previous travelers had written in the reviews: very cramped lobby, rooms with "cardboard" walls, shower on the ground with normal "flooding" of the bathroom, poor cleaning, wifi "only in the common areas" (which?), toilet paper I had to ask for, air conditioning paid in addition, microscopic balcony and living with the neighbors room, to finish the passage of the train at night is not a pleasure.
Worst of all, there are certain assumptions. The nice lady for example plays the gnorri and does not give me information that when I get from other sources reveals that she knew very well.
Finally, I point out that the hotel is close to the railway and due to traffic in the middle of August, wild parking and unique senses is accessible by car with serious difficulties, even just to unload the suitcases Recommendation to go on foot. hotel really terrible hot water almost non-existent staff very grumpy and annoying many messes to get into despite the 63EURO ANOTTE!
uncomfortable bed worn and malfunctioning sinks Hotel overhang!!!! would never go back
