Excellent stay in the center of Rimini
Centrally located hotel that you can not more, but at the same time quiet and peaceful.
The rooms are clean and cozy, with everything you need (towels, shampoo, hairdryer etc..)
The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the owner who is super nice.
There is also breakfast included in the morning very valid.
Top quality price level, I don't think you could ask for better for the cost that is required.
Unfortunately some people perhaps have unrealistic expectations or are unsatisfactory and leave bad reviews regardless.
The rooms are clean and cozy, with everything you need (towels, shampoo, hairdryer etc..)

Not good,dirty carpet,safe not working,TV not working.Was told would be sorted by manager but wasn't.Wifi not working in room on second floor Staff unable to understand English or Italian and a toilet located within a shower cubicle, come on I'm on holiday not in prison!
Manager arrogant and unhelpful, I had an early flight so had to leave before breakfast start by 10 minutes so asked staff if it was ok to make sandwich to take with me, the girl said ok no problem then manager explained breakfast was not for takeaway and only during breakfast hours! I did say I had paid for it took some anyway..The plus side close to beach and air con works but best avoided .

Perfect stay!
This hotel was a great surprise! The rooms are simple but have all the essentials. Strategically located both to the station and the sea (100 meters from the beach), its real added value is the staff. They are all lovely people, with a great sense of hospitality, kind, generous, always ready to meet the customer. My friend and I particularly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of cakes and pastries prepared by a very good chef! Next time we will also try the restaurant. Highly recommended hotel. I'll be back!

Great hotel very close to the beach and just one metro stop from the station, is in a central location full of shops and restaurants
My room was with balcony from which you can see the sea
Impeccable cleanliness both in the room and in the common areas
Breakfast rich in both sweet and savory part and the kitchen.... Excellent (the chef attentive to every request)
The gentleman at the reception pampered us all week
I'm not a relative, just a demanding customer who appreciates when she finds people who know how to do their job.
Special thanks to the owner , you can see that there is her heart in everything
