Not satisfied
My other friends have also been at the other hotel; the waiters were slow, the quality of the dishes was poor, in short, they should renovate the rooms.

Holiday nightmare
I requested a quote. We 'was allocated a room without balcony we accepted since it was the end of July and the structure had no more' rooms available.
We opted for full board we had a great time, very kind staff especially the waiters, eat great.
Hotel by the sea. The room was pretty poor. The
shower head clogged, poor cleaning but having followed a little dog we adapted and let it go.
In the quote it was highlighted and written that the structure had a private parking and that we would use it. Which is absolutely x us important having a new and expensive suv.
It was not so unfortunately.
We were greeted as soon as we arrived by the owner's father who created difficulties for us in parking. For 5 days he made us move the car back and forth. The second day he made me park in the underground car park at the hotel where it's a bit complicated to do so and I did very well having the skills and a higher license. He came badly into my cockpit and put his hand on my steering wheel because in his view it was not parked well. I told her to let me do what I could, and he left cursing. The next day we moved and in the evening the parking lot was busy. We've always been told by Mr. Johnson himself. Giuliano that was everyone's and make do by parking in front of 'Hotel, practically in the street where' stayed x 5 nights. The following evening the car park had cleared 3 spaces. I rightly asked to be able to place the vehicle told me NO!
People came back and didn't want to fight about it. It has therefore, retained for them the exclusive
I later learned that these were regulars for 5 years. He therefore proposed an alternative solution. After 4 days claiming that he informed me immediately but that it was absolutely not true!
A parking space in a field 15 minutes from the Hotel. I would like to point out that I have a 90% disability and that 1/4 hour of road x a normal lost, in my case becomes 3/4 hour. I was then forced to leave the vehicle in the street at the mercy of everyone passing bicycles, cars, vans, scooters.
I was INDISCRIMINATE BEING INVALID.
Then he made us move the car forward, then back.
On the day of August, he attacked us to move the car again that according to him was obstructing the passage where he had told us to park. Patience had run out and on the 16th we left 3 days earlier, in another structure. It made us live the holiday badly in anxiety.
Unfortunately we were sorry because the food was great and also the Service.
They didn't apply penalties' but 'could cancel the 35 euros x the dog or 12 euros of soft drinks.
Never again!!!!!

No longer a 3 star..
Honest review after a disastrous stay. Stay of 5 nights 2 adults and one child less than 1 year, triple room. Already from the booking there is something strange, on Booking (I could have taken advantage of Genius discount) rooms not available, on their site magically yes, so I made the reservation on their site paying perhaps a greater amount. Arrived at the hotel the room, which I repeat had to be triple, and therefore have enough space to accommodate 3 adult guests was very small even for 2 adults and 1 child, there was barely space to open the balcony to the centimeter before it hit the bed. From the first day I found dust and dirt almost everywhere, but especially on the blades of the disused ceiling fan, placed right on the bed, which falling risked falling on us (attached photo) I pointed this out immediately in the afternoon to the lobby staff (I think the owners, they did not even bother to introduce themselves) but alas nothing was done until the next day, (in these cases would not it be better to send a housekeeper immediately?) after a new reminder to the only person quite professional, the receptionist on Service in the morning, who by the way had not even been notified by those on Service the previous afternoon of my complaint. All of this underlines a strong mindset and negligence in respect of the customer and communication between the staff equal to zero.
The single beds attached together to form a very uncomfortable double, and still spring mattresses thinned from years of use.
Moving on to the Food Service forget to find the well-equipped buffets and feet of products as you can see from their photos on the website or on social media, the buffet in the central weeks of August and then high season includes only lettuce, radicchio, rocket, corn, and 1-2 trays of mixed vegetables like tuna and beans or celery and more..not a grilled vegetable, not a gratin, nothing at all!! But the worst is that the dishes, once finished, are not replaced! And so both at lunch and dinner lines form at the entrance to “grab” a plate of vegetables, absurd. The appetizer served at the table was ridiculous, of the series 1 fried pizza, or 1 tomato au gratin with 1 square of polenta, it would be better to call it welcome entreè rather than appetizer. The rest of the menu nothing exciting, quite the contrary. The breakfast always the same every morning, little variety and even in this case for some products who first arrive takes some, it does not seem right. For the rest some communication problems with the staff for the preparation of the baby's meal. Waiters whose name I don't even know, but the guy very listless and annoyed the girl at least smiling.
Finally, the afternoon before our departure the elevator broke down, and as usually happens especially in hotels there was no emergency response, neither in the evening nor in the first morning after! and so we had to take down all our luggage and strollers from the 2nd floor to the parking lot on floor -1 , obviously without the help of any of the staff.
We took advantage of the Pool Service included, nice, but 400 meters away (Google Maps) from the hotel and not 50 or 100 as we were told!
The overall rating of the experience was quite negative, we did not feel welcomed either by the staff in general or by the owners, often shy and showing no interest in solving the problems exposed. I believe this hotel was a 3 star hotel years ago, with the quality of services offered today you hardly reach the second star. By virtue of this and the fact that so much through Booking you book only when it suits you I would suggest you to eliminate the exhibitor with the vote at the entrance, who knows why dating back to the year 2020! Maybe things worked a little better at the time.
Positive note the central and beachfront location, but the view is not worth the ticket price.

To review many things
Cute room but poorly cleaned floor as well as corridor and stairs. Buffet "poor" choice only vegetables (salad, beetroot, corn, tomatoes, beans), Gongy the waitress and Elkam the waiter kind and helpful the other listless/annoyed waiter! The pool is NOT near the hotel (as it says) and x use the slides you have to pay (mo comment....). In the "all inclusive" board is NOT included wine and coffee / bitters I do not understand why they retire to the inclusive. Parking if you like you will find it Covered otherwise you have to park along the streets of the avenues. The warden didn't even know what sodas were there and how much they cost.

To return with improvements
Hotel is practically by the sea, great location. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a private beach but has few umbrellas. To improve cleaning, change sheets and change the bedspread
