Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel a stone's throw from the sea, private parking, small but very convenient and, above all, free.
Owner and staff very kind, super breakfast with delicious homemade cakes.
All areas very clean.

A positive experience

For a three-star hotel, it is very good,
A quiet, clean, air-conditioned place, the owners have some small refrigerators that they put in the room upon request, there is an elevator, good breakfast with seasonal fruit and cakes that look homemade, friendly and helpful staff, then a quiet place 600 meters from the Rimini Ferris wheel, but you have to cross the canal with the barge, there are twenty meters of canal, the barge service lasts until midnight.
However, just a few dozen meters and you are in the nightlife of Rimini.
Then, it's 150 meters to the nearest beach.

Everything perfect

Great experience as a couple with our dog. Great breakfast and exceptional and attentive staff, see you next thanks. I would add that the hotel is attached to the beach, so very convenient.

feel better than at home, fair prices

Family-run hotel in a great location, comfortable and clean rooms with beautiful views, pleasant and relaxing stay, with a great and sensitive welcome. Cross the road and you are at the beach (equipped and with a nice free beach and possibility to rent pedal boats and more), cross the canal and you are in Rimini.

Good value for money

Room was small, and bathroom even smaller, but it was enough for two of us. This hotel does not provide you with the soap, shampoo or conditioner, so bring your own. Beds were comfortable, we had enough space for our clothes or other things, there are enough power sockets, shower always had warm water. There is a tv in the room, but only with couple italian stations. This hotel is ideal for travelers that don't want to spend too much time in the room. Everything is in walking distance, city center is just 25 minutes of light walk away, Rimini beaches 10. People in the hotel are very nice. They speak only a little bit of English, but all of them are very sweet. Cleaning lady kept our room perfectly clean, and we were happy with the food too.
