A paradise on earth

This b&b in Rocca Massimo (ideal place to visit Roman castles) is an earthly paradise. I travel a lot but I have never seen a b%b like this. The b&b has only one room, a breathtaking view and a private jaccuzzi. In the morning a fantastic breakfast is served with all fresh produce prepared by the owner Silvia. She and her husband are lovely people who with so much little attention make you feel at home. Ideal place for an escape from the hectic life. Negative aspects? Just one: you would never want to let the time come to leave this paradise and return to busy life .

At home

We stayed at this b&b in September 2024 for a whole week. The welcome of Mrs. Silvia was warm and reassuring: it is reassuring because the traveler who is preparing to stay for a long time in an unknown exercise always has some concerns. Mrs. Silvia puts you at ease as if you were long-time friends who have not seen each other for a long time, finally reunited. So relaxed we enjoyed the beauty of the place and the beautiful view it enjoys and, uniquely, directly lying on the bed. You can see the Castelli Romani Park, the plain of the Agro Pontino reclamation and , if the weather is good, the sea of Anzio.
Breakfast with all kinds of jams, sweets and delicious cakes is a lot of other things that now I don't even remember, all strictly homemade with gourmet care. Needless to say, the only suite available is equipped because nothing is missing and nothing is out of place.
Difficult to define with a word the stay at Silvia's house but it is not an exaggeration if you say that it is like being at home and I care particularly about mine.

Authentic relaxation

From the reception and continuous but reserved attention, from the privileged view with swimming pool to the amazingly genuine and abundant breakfast, from the attention to detail to the comfort of the room, everything is appreciated from the first moment to the last. Silvia then conquers you with her kindness and caring.
A place that makes you want to come back and return.

Beautiful BnB, Lovely Hosts!

My wife and I recently stayed at Casa di Silvia for one night on our way to Rome. As soon as we arrived we immediately wished we could stay longer. The views from the room were stunning and we felt very relaxed immediately. Its very quiet and peaceful. The decor of the room is very modern with en-suite facilities and a private entrance to the garden area. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - tea/coffee facilities, TV, WiFi, Netflix, fridge, towels. Silvia also had kindly provided lots of little extras to really make our stay lovely. I especially enjoyed the Bisccoti!
Silvia really is the ultimate hostess. She gave us a lovely welcome and was very helpful during our stay. We realised when we arrived that she was willing to provide dinner for 20euros pp. We requested this at fairly late notice and she provided us with a very delicious four course meal and wine! Most of the ingredients of which were locally sourced or own home grown. I would definitely recommend this as she is clearly a great cook and it is great value. Our breakfast was also delicious. Silvia and her husband Michele are both very friendly and welcoming. They also seemed very sensitive to whether you want to chat or be left alone. We will definitely return to stay again and would absolutely recommend staying at Casa di Silvia, you wont regret it.

Perfect way to relax with a beautiful view and a lovely host Silvia

Everthing is quite perfect especially for a small family. You have a quite beautiful place with an amazing view, your own small house and pool, a lot of privacy, delicious breakfast and a very attentive host Silvia and Michele. We just wanna say thank you for the great time!
