Definitely worth its price. Though located not in the city center, it's 5 mins walk from metro station from where you can easily get to all the main sightseeing in just 15-20 mins. Moreover, it's also a railway station, so very convenient to get from the airport and to another cities. District is calm, I noticed a few "getto crowds" in the evening near the metro, but they seemed not harmful. Big supermarket just in front of the house & one in front of the metro station - very convenient.
My room was small but with everything needed for a short stay. Nice bed, shower working well (don't be afraid if there's no hot water - you just need to wait a few seconds more, then there's no problems with hot water). Shower gel (in fact, soap) provided. Stable, rapid wifi. I was afraid that it'll be cold in December, there's no central heating , but aircon worked well and it was ok.
What a surprise for me: teapot, water, snacks available all the time for the guests! Thank you for that.
Not a very pleasant thing was my check-in: I arrived on Christmas evening. I don't understand why the host couldn't send me a message via trip.com/WA with self check-in instruction. She asked me when would I arrive and that was all. I had to call her to understand how to get in, thanks to other people coming, I was able to get into the house to get my keys. I'm thankful that the host answered me, though it was Christmas Eve, of course- but she could send me all instructions in advance to ease herself & me.

Mini holiday

Bed and Breakfast in a great location, 10 minutes walk from Tiburtina Station. The host was friendly and helpful in providing us with the help we needed for check in and check out. Double room clean and comfortable, with a small but comfortable and basic private bathroom, we really enjoyed it. Inside the apartment there is also a breakfast area, equipped with mini fridge and a banquet with everything you need (cookies, jams...)
The only flaw was probably the amount of various noises coming from the street below, but they were not a big problem.
I recommend this guest house for a relaxing (and cheap) intimate getaway, a little 'out of the city chaos.

A cosy and welcoming accommodation outside of central Rome.
I appreciated the small touches the host has made to make the place feel like home.
Easy access to various forms of transport.

Отель в целом хороший, удобное расположение жд станция, метро и автостанция находятся в 5-ти минутах ходьбы. До центра минут 20-25 на метро. Через дорогу большой супермаркет. Порадовал завтрак, горничная принесла все в номер.
