Vacation in Rome

I stayed a few days at the Albergo Ético Roma and the experience was really very good. From the first moment, the kindness of the staff caught my attention, always attentive and willing to help with a smile.
The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the detail of the daily towel replacement is much appreciated. Everything was taken care of so that the stay would be pleasant and quiet.
Breakfast was, without a doubt, one of the strong points: exceptional, with a lot of variety, quality products, and very attentive service. It was a perfect way to start the day before heading out to discover Rome.
The location also seemed very good to me, in a quiet but well-connected area, with many interesting places nearby and easy access to the center.
As a small detail, at some point you could hear some noise from other rooms, but it was not something important nor did it affect the stay.
Overall, I am very satisfied. It is a comfortable, clean hotel with fantastic staff. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Outstanding Service, outstanding restaurant; great rooms.

Excellent hotel: the staff were outstanding! They went far out of their way to assist me with mobility issues, navigating food delivery app, suggesting gluten-free restaurants, sites, etc.
The hotel restaurant provided the best breakfast (included in room rate) of anywhere on my trip…can’t remember a better one ever. (They accommodated gluten-free for our daughter too).
The rooms were interesting, clean, quiet, excellent value all round. Good beds.

Excellent location, clean and welcoming.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel in the first week of August.
Spotless hotel, both in the common areas and in the rooms and bathrooms.
Room service definitely of a higher category.
I want to emphasize that all the staff, and I mean really everyone, were very kind, welcoming, professional, discreet, and extremely efficient.
The food was excellent, the breakfast magnificent, both sweet and savory, and with quality products, highlighted and supported by a very soft Jazz background music that created an extremely relaxed atmosphere and encouraged conviviality.
The hotel's location is exceptional: very quiet, without clubs or traffic, but at the same time right next to Villa Borghese and a stone's throw from Piazza Del Popolo, the beginning of the city center, and the metro A stop with which you can reach all the main points of interest and the Termini and Tiburtina train stations in a few minutes.
We will definitely be back.

What would make me love this place is the care taken in restoring this kindergarten run by nuns. But if we add the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, the amazing breakfast, and the essential and well-kept beauty of the rooms... what can I say!
This already makes it the hotel I would most recommend in Rome, and I can't wait to return.
Then one discovers the history, the mission, the human and social project that created it and that it continues to uphold. All that is left to say is THANK YOU to those who strongly wanted it, realized it, and to those who, every day, with commitment - and a smile - keep alive and thriving a reality of integration and personal and professional growth for people with disabilities. THANK YOU.
P.S.: We were there for a short trip for my birthday, and the staff left me a handwritten birthday wish and a little treat in the room! Such an incredibly kind and unexpected gesture that deeply moved me.
