Do not go back, although the neighborhood is safe and perfectly connected.

I do not recommend this property because, as soon as you arrive the building looks bad even compared to the surrounding ones and the elevator is very narrow. Those who board with luggage must make more trips. The rooms don't match expectations, and they're lucky. The bathroom not always with window, never have bidets and shelves for supports. The temperature of the shower water drops rapidly and then rises just as quickly, creating discomfort. Breakfast is presented with bagged and cheap croissants. In the fridge in the shared kitchen room, leave used bottles and smelly milk. The owner constantly checks the breakfast room night and day through camera. If you eat an extra croissant or drink an extra coffee, he notices and points it out. I can't really understand if all these 5 star reviews are true or are always written by the same person .. I could recommend it at most only for one night if you don't find it better!!

Cara Signora, di solito evito di criticare i clienti, ma è doveroso rispondere. Se lei ci chiama la mattina alle 7:00 dicendo che in sala colazione, dove vige un orario per entrare, si sono dimenticati di preparare la sala colazione e che non ci sono più yogurt, il caffè è finito, e tanto altro, è più che ovvio sapendo che il giorno prima la sala colazione è stata preparata e rifornita, vado a controllare cosa sia successo. Scoprendo che voi tutti andate avanti e dietro come se foste a casa vostra senza il rispetto né nostro e né degli altri clienti in tutti gli orari a fare caffè e prendere prodotti. Quindi il minimo che devo rispondervi alle vostre accuse di non aver preparato la sala colazione è, Signora non è che la sala colazione non è stata fatta o manca qualcosa è che voi siete andati avanti e dietro tutti i giorni in orario non consentito. Pregandovi ansi di non farlo più in quanto la colazione chiamandosi tale è solo la mattina in determinati orari. Quindi sicuramente tutti capiamo la sua recensione, perché se si pensa di essere furbi quando non è così e sì fanno figuracce si ci sente ancora più colpiti e si continuano a fare figuracce come questa recensione. This is an excellent hotel located in a very nice and convinent location. You have coffee shops and lovely pizza shops within a few minutes walk. The main bonus is the main bus stop just outside the door and Libia Metro station a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is spotless! Fully renovated. Everything works the shower the TV the coffee machine! Basic breakfast but hits the spot to get you going for the day. The host is a true gentleman. Polite and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome. Ticks all the boxes! The communication from the host is brilliant. Really informative on WhatsApp and sends out a guide on directions and advice of local amenities.

Roman Holiday

We spent three nights and had a great time. The Sig Michele super helpful to recommend itineraries and typical restaurants, great welcome. Located just a few meters from metro line B, convenient to everything. I highly recommend it.
