Good, but not great
The place is quiet, but we were the only guests at the property in August Rome (semi-deserted).
Nice room, basic, clean. Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom.
The self-service breakfast leaves a lot of freedom, but not a lot of quality. Cute terrace to make it in summer.

A stop in Rome in a nice neighborhood
I find everything very pleasant, the kindness of the staff and the owner, the rich breakfast shelf and the kit in the room to satisfy impromptu needs for coffee, tea and carbohydrates. Good shower, WiFi coverage. Very nice breakfast room terrace and functional furnishings

Best stay in Rome.
Good Italian breakfast in morning.
Location is perfect. We can find bus stop easily.
Daily Room service helps to get well arranged and clean rooms everyday. It makes difference when you are tired by walking in Rome and in evening you get your room clean and bed arranged.
Bathroom is new and shower is good.
Hosts are wonderful. They make sure guests have everything needed.
We could do laundry too as they have washing Machine for guests .
Balcony area is also beautiful. We can relax while having morning breakfast or evening quick coffee.

Ottimo soggiorno
Camera spaziosa e ben fornita (gadget bagno, asciugamani, lenzuola).
Servizio della colazione ottimo e ben organizzato con lo spazio comune. Pulizia eccellente.
Veramente soddisfatta della scelta, consiglio!
