Great location, very clean room and very kind owners

The room was amazing, spacious and very clean, with goodies in the fridge free for us to enjoy! A very good location, close to Vatican and to the metro(Cipro) and bus station(Emo) and very easy to get anywhere in Rome. There was even a kitchen with a stove that we could use, and lots of coffee and tea.
The owners are super kind, and helpful with anything we needed, and they clean the room super fast!(important for someone taking business videocalls in the room). They also kept our baggage safe for us after check out.
I cannot recommend this place enough! It made our Rome experience wonderful.
If you're looking for a place to stay in Rome, look no further!

Convenient , Clean and Great Hospitality

We booked this B & B not knowing much about it. We lucked out. It’s a great stay for the price. The owner and her mother came and served continental breakfast each morning. Clean and comfortable stay, only a four minute walk from the Vatican Museum entrance and food options.

Amazing People Work This Hotel

Let me tell you a story:
We are three Americans traveling to Rome for the first time. Our flight was delayed over 17 hours, which meant instead of 9am we were arriving at the hotel around 2 am. Now, we didn't have cell service only wifi. We let them know we would be late and they said it would be a 20 euro late fee (we would claim this to the airline anyway, but still, we needed to get into the hotel. Well to get to the hotel our preorder ride cancelled on us at 1 am. So we took a black taxi (now we know black taxis are not regulated, take white ones!) and arrived at the hotel to a sleepy, but cheerful worker. As we got settled into the room, my cousin came to the scary realization that she left a bag in the taxi... With her passport. Thankfully she still had her wallet. Two people (and a wife) from this hotel somehow managed to track down the cab driver, meet him on the highway that night to get that darn bag back to us by to the next morning.
If that story alone doesn't inspire you to stay here: rooms were clean, staff was friendly, ac, free WiFi, and safe hotel.

Wonderful place to stay!

Maria Gloria, Her Husband and Daughter Erica, couldn't be nicer or more caring. The room is in a wonderful location and a five minute walk from the Metro. There is a small market nearby for convenience and it's a two minute walk to the Vatican Museum entrance. Previous complaints stated it was near the noisy road. There are shutters on the window that roll down with the touch of a button and helps to drown out any street noise. I didn't find it anymore noisy than any other city. I was there for 10 full days and nights and the family worked hard to make certain your stay was okay and all your needs were met. Breakfast was perfect with a sweet cornetti and toast, as well as juice and the coffee was delicious! I couldn't ask for more. The bed is comfortable, the room is quite large and very sweet. I will use this wonderful establishment again and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else! Highly recommend. I felt more like visiting family than a guest. Also it was a safe area for a single woman traveler to be out at night in. That is always a plus! I stayed there for 10 full days.
