Via Trastevere, many stores close by, bus in front and even a laundy a block away. Very convenient location.

The staff is good with fast response. I just stayed there for one night. The toilet flashing is a bit strange with the noise as loud as a washing machine. And you can hear other rooms so clearly.

Great place to stay

The B&B Dulcis in Fundo is sublime when it comes to value for money. Due to a late arrival and an early departure we only had contact with the Owner via Whatsapp. The Owner responded quickly and could even help us arrange a taxi. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was always made (and our pyjamas folded). In the fridge was drinking that we could always pack, and there was also a wide assortment of cookies. For breakfast we could pick up a croissant and a cup of real Italian coffee every day at a tent in the street. For this we got vouchers, so we didn't have to pay anything. We had a separate bathroom, this was sometimes a bit awkward, but not a big problem.
We enjoyed our stay in Dulcis, and when we return to Rome we will not hesitate to stay here again

Tactical position in Trastevere

The structure is well looked after. It is located in an apartment on the first floor of a building, served by a lift starting from the mezzanine floor. The room I booked (equipped with a double bed and a single bed) is spacious, bright and clean. The bathroom of the triple room (private, but external, as correctly indicated in the description) is unfortunately internal and has no window, but is equipped with a ventilation fan. Towels are changed every two days. The location is tactical: in front of the door there are bus and tram stops, the main attractions can be reached on foot. Breakfast is included, but served externally at a café a hundred meters away. The very kind owner provided us with all the information to enter the room independently upon our arrival.
The only negative aspect for me to highlight is the noise. The room overlooks Viale Trastevere, which unfortunately is very busy and rather noisy, mainly due to the tram, but also during the night.
I would definitely stay at this property again, but ask for a view of the internal courtyard.
I would like to point out that on the last morning, around h. 9.15am, the cleaner came into our room (which wasn't locked) while we were still sleeping. Having noticed us, she immediately left, but in any case I considered the gesture inappropriate (check-out was scheduled for 10.00 am), although it was certainly a misunderstanding.
