We were kept awake by noisy people just outside our door. There was violence and Police was called in. This is not a *** star but one star hotel. Please refund our payment.

I didn't expect the palace, but I didn't expect this dump.

For a weekend it is “pretty” feasible and you can “please” the cleanliness is very poor (we moved a piece of furniture and there was so much of that dust) the furniture is old, and the staff speaks very little Italian lacks care and is very neglected.
Too bad as location and strategic a few meters from Termini station (but the night is a nightmare, screams, bottles thrown)
We had to request spare towels ourselves the next morning, and breakfast is what it is
The only “positive” note was nice warm in the rooms and throughout the hotel

429€ Offer "Our Policy is 25€" - 1 Week Wait

This company does not recognize consumer rights. My hotel stayed in Rome was hit by water and my €429 item was damaged. I immediately reported the incident to Booking.com on November 22.
For 1 week, I got automated messages like “I’m searching” No concrete steps have been taken. Last time I called and spoke for 1 hour, the call center staff member finally answered: “Based on our internal policies, we cannot pay you more than €25.”
I am opposed to a company that bids us for 25 euros in exchange for a documented damage of €429 in exchange for our "internal policy" and then leaves me out for a week. I started the chargeback process through my bank.
WARNING: Don’t trust them in emergencies. They systematically linger and escape responsibility. I have all the contact records.

Booked with booking as soon as I entered I escaped horrible and filthy location do not go there do not be fooled by the photos

Good for one night

The staff was friendly and the coffee machine good. The beds were made every day, but the towels were changed every two days. No cockroaches, but the room was not clean at all.
