A warm and wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Hiberia. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always greeting us and making sure we had everything we need. We felt very warmly welcomed as their guests. We had an unfortunate issue with the third party we booked our rooms through (reminder it’s always safest to book direct!) and the hotel was so kind and helpful in working to resolve the issue, following up, making sure we were not stressed about us, and assuring us everything would be resolved and taken care of. It was so helpful to have them take care of us so kindly. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking everything we wanted to go. We saw everything and got helpful advice from the front desk of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel

The people who work here were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and the location is excellent. The warm welcome and kindness of staff make this a wonderful place to stay.

Could not be happier with this hotel. Reached out a few days beforehand to set up the transport from the airport to the hotel. Received a detailed response from Patrick. Was picked up promptly at the airport and walked into the hotel lobby by our driver. Met with Patrick (who is fabulous!) and he walked us through the area and held out bags until our room was available. After a day of sightseeing, we were told our bags had been delivered to our room. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is very quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. We again, booked the transport to go to the cruise ship. When we needed anything from the front desk we were greeted by name, and it was clear all the employees spoke with each other and were filled in on guests needs. I would stay here again if my travels bring me back to Rome.

Great experience, the staff were wonderful and their restaurant (connected) was very good (first decent carbonara I’ve had in years) FYI for Americans who enjoy breakfast, they know how to make scrambled eggs and bacon!
Recommend without any hesitation, 10 out of 10

Excellent Location and Outstanding Service in Rome

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hiberia. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s major attractions, making it a perfect base for sightseeing.
The customer service was outstanding. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They assisted us with arranging transportation, which made our trip much easier and stress-free.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the combination of a central location, attentive service, and comfortable accommodations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Hiberia to anyone visiting Rome.
