A hotel to enjoy its incredible location, its coffee and services, pure calm and wellness
Excellent hotel, very spacious rooms with kitchen included and very quiet , view cemetery of the recleta, total beauty
The staff at the impeccable reception your attention

Comfort and calm
A super comfortable hotel with very large rooms, including a small kitchen, beautiful view over the cemetery, a sauna and jacuzzi on the terrace and the plus of the beautiful cafe: Pure Flavors for breakfast or lunch

Gorgeous View in a Great Neighborhood
I chose this hotel because of its amazing view over Recoleta Cemetery. We only stayed here one night, but waking in the early morning to watch the sun rise over the cemetery from our balcony is one of my favorite memories from Buenos Aires. We were in a Deluxe Double Room, and it was huge, modern, and bright, with a big sitting area, a little kitchenette, and a large bathroom. When we checked in, the AC was not on, and it was very hot in our room. My husband turned the AC on, and unfortunately, it worked a little too well. Before we knew it, it was freezing and we couldn’t manage to regulate the room’s temperature. Just something to be aware of! The room was a little worn in places, but nothing major, and no cleanliness issues. Unlike most hotels that include breakfast, breakfast here is not a buffet. Instead, it is made to order. Another thing to be aware of if you are in a rush and expecting to quickly grab something and go. Options were a little limited for vegetarians, but the food was good. After this, we moved to a different hotel in Palermo, but I actually preferred this hotel – both for the neighborhood and the hotel itself.

Saved by the breakfast restaurant staff.
Room tired and a bit beaten up. Claustrophobic room 100.
Lift was broken on last day requiring us to take our heavy cases down steep stairs. No concern at frontdesk to help.
I guess it would not be hard to find a better experience in Buenos Aires.

Good location, but serious security and maintenance issues.
My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. On the first day, my wallet was stolen in the hotel lobby, and although they provided the security footage, I felt very little support from the staff or management. They did not offer any further assistance or any type of compensation or gesture regarding the situation.
Additionally, the hotel's security seemed insufficient to me. The room key works to open the main door from the street, but during the day that door remains open, so practically anyone can enter the lobby without control. Only at night is there a bit more security.
On the second day, my room had no hot water, and when I returned at noon, I found people working inside my bathroom without anyone having notified me beforehand. I found it to be a significant lack of privacy and communication with the guests.
There were also issues with the water: in a friend's room, it came out brown on two occasions, which is quite concerning for a hotel of this category.
The positive aspect is that the hotel has a very good location, especially if you are attending events or conferences at the Buenos Aires convention center. Moreover, the breakfasts were delicious, and the restaurant staff was always very friendly and attentive.
In general, despite the positive points, the experience was marked by security, maintenance, and handling issues with the guests.
