Great stay, great location!! We were able to walk from the accomodation and see all the things!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in Rome to explore!!

Hot water fails and breakfast is late
The hotel is well located, has a classic appearance, and is pleasant. Correct attention, but you only have hot water if you complain; otherwise, it's a cold shower. The air conditioning is weak. Breakfast (frugal) is self-service and only starts at 8, and you cannot go out that late to see things. I am not going to return.

Staff was welcoming , location was close to Santa Maria Maggiore Church , the Colosseum & public transport . Breakfast was basic , bed was comfortable, room was quiet until staff started showing up in the morning in the room next to ours ( staff room next door ) . Air con worked perfectly

We had a wonderful stay at Nerva Accommodation Rome. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum and conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Many of Rome’s major historic sites were within about a 20-minute walk, allowing us to experience the city's rich history right from our doorstep.
The hotel itself has a charming, historic feel, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, they took the time to give us a tour of the property and share helpful information about the area, which was greatly appreciated.
One thing to note is that rooms or suites facing the street may experience some traffic noise during the day, but we found that it quieted down significantly in the evening and was not an issue at night.
Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay with excellent service. We would happily stay here again on a future trip to Rome.
