Perfect stay, will definitely return
What a nice surprise! All attention to detail, super helpful host and the apartment is exactly as in the picture. Great for relaxing after a busy day around Rome. I recommend it to everyone!

I stayed a few days ago at this property. Clean room with all the necessary comforts, well connected to visit the city. Special praise to the managers, always courteous and ready to solve some of my needs and provide some useful advice. I recommend it.

Gorgeous place, unforgettable stay! The staff is very kind, the room is equipped with all amenities, a stone's throw from the Vatican and perfectly connected to all the sights of the city. Also in the area there are excellent restaurants for all tastes! Thanks for everything, we will be back!

Avoid This Place: Sleepless Nights Due to Faulty Air Conditioner and Blame-Shifting Management
I received a room with a non-working air conditioner. On the first day, I didn't notice it due to time constraints. On the second day, the temperature still was unbearable after 2 hours of air conditioning. I contacted the facility but spent the night sleepless until 3 a.m. because of the extreme heat. The next day, I was offered a room change for the last night, but I decided against moving all my belongings and wasting more time. For the conditions of the last night, I no longer blame the facility.
After a stay, the first 2 nights were an torment, I received a message: “As we had confirmed, the air conditioner was checked by an expert technician and the only problem was in its controller which, having a low battery was set to a higher temperature that was in any case absolutely livable given the 20 degrees in Rome in those days.” - 22 degrees instead 18 on an air conditioner after a June 1. with a 26-degree daytime temperature - NO, IT IS NOT.
The property denies responsibility for compensation for failure to fulfill the contract regarding the quality of the room - “you are the first guest to notify us of this malfunction”. - as if that changes anything, in what way is it my fault that I reported it? If a landlord gives back a property without knowing that the air conditioner doesn't work in it, or that the light switch doesn't work, or writes to me that I'm the one who didn't ask why the switch doesn't work, because they would have told me that I could do it with some remote switch. - My fault, because I did not ask why the switch does not work…. Worst experience on Booking ever.
Anything wrong with the room will be YOUR FAULT. Either YOU didn't report that the light doesn't work, or YOU reported something first, or YOU don't know that your bed shouldn't be falling apart. YOU have to check the entire room before your stay because the property landlord will be surprised by any issues.
Be warned - don't waste your time and money like I wasted. Not worth it.
