Excellent

I only stayed one night but the master bedroom that the lady gave me was very comfortable and clean... although breakfast is not included there is the kettle sachets and rusks... the lady very nice and helpful.

Dismal hygiene

Shameful lamentable hygiene service of dust everywhere the fan of incredible dirt the dust had been stuck disappointed so it had been a while that it was not cleaned it is horrible unacceptable that a 3 star establishment is said to have such a deplorable hygiene service of pubic hairs it was found a foul smell of the refrigerator it is ourselves that cleaned it the day of our arrival of mold in the bathroom really shameful I warn the hygiene service on the spot.

Cozy and friendly

Coza room in an old building in the centre of San Remo. There is a lift to access to the hotel, the room was clean and the wifi was working well. The receptionist was very friendly and smily. The hotel looks more like a kind of big apartment with rooms. It was very nice and different than a standard hotel. Possibility as well to order a breakfast.

Lovely stay

We loved our brief stay in this bed and breakfast. A home away from here. Old fashion service. The lady who ran this place is friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect as it is not too far from the train station and just a few steps away is the town square where everything happen.
We booked a room with shared bathroom and it was perfect for us as we were staying one night. Will definitely stay again if I visit San Remo.

Good value for the price in the centre

Owner was very kind, she gave us a nice, quieter room and was very helpful with all her advices, etc. There is a shared bathroom that sometimes you need to wait for, however, you know that from the beginning when booking, so not sure why people are surprised.
Nothing really to complain about this place, it was a very decent price in the highest season.
Grazie mille Rossana! Speriamo di ritornarci!
