Incantevole ospite location affascinante

Siamo stati ospiti in 6 amici a casa Prunilla per un breve soggiorno turistico. Camere ampie e spaziose. Letti confortevoli, pulizia davvero accurata. Location comoda per raggiungere qualunque punto della costiera e dell’incantevole terra campana. La nostra ospite e’ signora di gentilezza squisita e di contagiosa simpatia. Lo consigliamo caldamente e senza alcun dubbio! Grazie

NIGHTMARE

A colleague had booked, via Booking.com, two double rooms from 24/04 to 26/04 for me and another colleague for the WSK karting Championship at Sarno Kart Circuit. The booking was done on the 3rd of February 2015 and the confirmation was recieved the same day.
A few days before we should check in we get a call in the office that Booking.com had overbooked casa Prunilla and we could only stay the first night but Casa Prunilla would find a solition for the second. So far so good! On the 24th in the evening we arrived at Casa Prunilla and as expected we were told that the next day we would have to change to another hotel where they had booked and paid two rooms for us and that the payment of the stay would had to be done at Casa Prunilla. We were not happy about that but as we were not staying on the Saturday it did make some sense.
However, Saturday morning after we had left the Casa Prunilla the lady called me to say that the second hotel did not have space for so she had found a solution with a third hotel. In the evening we went there and to our surprise there was only one room with two beds!!!
So all in all we paid for two rooms for two nights and got two rooms for one night and one room for the next night. And we got a lot of hassel!
If you have to stay there(which I cannot recommend) do not pay in advance under any circumstances and if they want to change things make sure you get it writing.

PULIZIA OTTIMA, BELLISSIMA STRUTTURA, ARREDAMENTO AZZECCATISSIMI, OTTIMA ACCOGLIENZA, buona colazione, zona servita da mezzi a poca distanza dal centro di Sarno. Ci si può arrivare facilmente da Nocera inferiore, Salerno. Napoli con bus o circumvesuviana
