Everything perfect
For the second year we're coming here, with my family! Everything perfect Raffaella very kind we definitely talk again!

From a wonderful experience to a great disappointment
Two years ago we stayed at this residence and had a great time. Ms. Raffaella was always available, kind, and ready to find a solution to any problem.
Unfortunately, this year the experience was completely different. Upon our arrival, we even risked being left without an apartment because, due to an error by the manager, our reservation had been canceled.
Another aspect that left us very perplexed is the garage management: it is not possible to book it even well in advance, which we consider very poorly organized. We were forced to leave the car in a paid parking lot and only after a few days did we get a spot in the residence's garage. Furthermore, the garage remained open several times until late in the evening and probably even during the night. If you pay for a service of this type, you expect it to be truly secure.
We also believe it would be correct to inform guests of certain critical issues. For example, on weekends, if you leave the garage to spend another day at the beach after checking out, you risk losing the residence's parking space and not even finding an external parking spot, which is completely occupied as early as 9:30 in the morning. We found ourselves in this very situation, despite having paid for the garage.
This situation even forced us to give up an entire day at the beach that we had already paid for. Fortunately, the managers of Bagni Marinella, with great helpfulness and fairness, issued us a refund voucher, a gesture that was anything but expected. The fact remains, however, that we were forced to return home early due to management that could have been organized and communicated much better.
Waste management was also unclear: guests must take care of disposal themselves, but no precise instructions are provided on where the bins are or on the collection schedule.
Finally, towels and bed linens are only available for an extra charge. The cost is not the problem, but the fact that this information should be clearly indicated on the website or communicated at the time of booking, so as to allow guests to make arrangements.
We are very sorry to write this review because we had a great memory of our previous stay. Unfortunately, this time the organization and management of the residence deeply disappointed us and the experience was well below expectations. We will certainly not return.

We stayed at the Residence Paradiso in Laigueglia in July 2025. The location is excellent, very convenient for the beach and walks in the center. The service is good, everything is taken care of in detail. I want to highlight the kindness of the reception, especially Ms. Raffaella: a super helpful, courteous person who is always ready to assist. We will gladly return.

Relaxation guaranteed
Well located facility, away from the chaos. Apartment with sea view recently renovated really nice. Raffaella at the reception very prepared, friendly and ready to solve all problems. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much
