Recommended

We stayed at this residence from August 17 to August 23, 2 adults + 3 children.
We had a very good time.
The location is heavenly: you leave the house and find yourself practically on the beach.
The umbrellas are quite far apart and all close to the shoreline (even the last row) with a very clean sea and beach.
There is a restaurant attached to the property where you eat divinely, it also does aperitifs, breakfasts and in the evening a sort of Lounge Bar... but do not expect nightlife because it is completely absent.
If you want to go to the clubs, you need a car: it is about a 15/20 minute drive.
There is a very large barbecue area and a highly appreciated playground.
The apartments are large, a bit dated, but really very, very clean.
(for this alone I would give 10 stars)
The host was very professional and absolutely knowledgeable about recommendations regarding the area, a very brilliant person in general!
I recommend it for families with children or couples looking for tranquility and peace.
Not recommended for young couples / young people looking for evening entertainment and nightlife.
If I really had to find a flaw, a welcome kit (shampoo, body wash, detergents, etc.) is missing. We would have appreciated it even for a fee, because the nearest supermarket is 15 minutes away by car.
It would have been nice to have a "mini grocery store" in the residence with just the basic things.
Ultimately, I highly recommend it!!

I would not stay here in future because the owner was very rude and macho. There are better places.

We will be back

It was our first stay in Sicily but we will come back for a round trip but will definitely stay here again longer. It was of course the end of the season, therefore very quiet but for us exactly what we wanted. The (private) beach of the apartment complex is actually just a few meters away and guarded every day (Baywatch sends its regards). The accommodation is well and generously sized (shared room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and shower room, terrace in front and not visible behind the house.) Air conditioning, TV, WLAN ok, on the premises barbecue, beach volleyball and football, boules pp. Facility itself is only accessible to guests (with key) and servants, parking right in front of the house. Only the equipment with cookware is a bit spartan.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Many options for excursions and events in the area.

Sicilian holiday

I found myself well, however, I recommend taking care of the image because at the port impact is shabby and not well kept (for example, it takes little to give the flowers a drink) ... or occasionally wet the dust ....

For a quiet holiday.

I was with family in this property located a few steps from the beach.
Excellent three-room apartment assigned to us with large terrace overlooking the sea.
Complete cooking equipment except for the microwave oven which is missed.
Large bathroom and with everything well laid out.
Internal car park.
Beach in front of the hotel crossing a street with little traffic with the possibility of umbrellas and sunbeds included in the price. Beach is sandy and pebble, but no shoes are needed.
In the spaces inside the residence there are showers, toilets, bbq area, football field, bowls,...
At the reception we were greeted with extreme professionalism and great courtesy.
Fair prices.
Nearby 2/3 risto bar on the beach but without many pretensions instead no shops accessible on foot the nearest is 10 min. drive.
In Sciacca instead many possibilities for excellent dinners.
