Wonderful welcome. Top-notch animation!
This was our second time at the Harmony Suite Hotel in Selvino, and we can only confirm the excellent impression from our first visit. The welcome here is a true calling card: the staff is always extremely kind, courteous, and at the reception, you constantly feel welcomed.
The family suite that welcomed us was fantastic and truly spacious.
However, the real turning point of this weekend was Monica. It was the first time we had the pleasure of meeting her, and she literally turned our vacation around! She took care of our children with love, empathy, dedication, and a sense of responsibility that is truly rare to find.
Thanks to her, the kids experienced wonderful adventures: she took us to visit a beautiful alpaca farm, to Monte Purito among the adventure park trails, and in the evening, everyone went to the baby dance. The result was happy children and more relaxed parents.
We can't wait to return.
We highly recommend this resort to all families, especially for the excellent quality of the animation services offered and for the great breakfast. An absolute guarantee!

Terrible.
We spent a weekend with our children to escape the Milanese heat, and it was a TERRIBLE experience. They assigned us a room where the air conditioning did not work, and the internal temperature was 29.6 degrees at 7 PM!
We reported the problem multiple times at the reception, assuring us that they would send a technician. A technician we never saw. Despite our complaints, they suggested we open the windows and provided us with a dusty 90s fan. We spent a nightmarish night with a 6-month-old baby crying from the heat.
The same issue occurred at dinner where they had not turned on the air conditioning, and we sweated throughout the evening.
We also brought this to their attention, but the staff looked at us in surprise (by the way, most of them do not speak either Italian or English).
No apologies, no discounts or complimentary items were offered considering the discomfort caused and the not low price of the stay. Total indifference on the part of the establishment.
At the time of checkout, a couple before us was complaining about the same problem.
Considering that they claim to be a 4-star hotel, we expected better treatment, and the establishment overall is nothing special.

To be avoided.
I booked a two-level suite, the air conditioning was so low and malfunctioning that it was very hot on the upper level, in addition to the fact that warm air was coming from the vent on the desk. Moreover, the air conditioning units were full of dust and debris (papers, bottle caps), there were spiders with webs in the room, they also charged us for the garage without informing us in advance of the cost despite our request to park the car upon arrival and the water that was in the room. At the reception, they kept saying that the technician claimed the air conditioning was working. I am speechless and we will definitely not return.

Hotel for children
Thank you dear MONICA fantastic entertainer, the children have a lot of fun, she blends the various ages of the kids with love and simplicity, her outings are fun and educational even for adults!! If I could, I would give you 100 stars....we will definitely come back to visit you....Sophie is already looking for you!!!
My 3-year-old niece, who is celiac, found all the gluten-free meals. To be a 4-star hotel, it would need some renovations in the bathrooms.

Certainly not a 4-star hotel
Discreet family hotel (maximum 3 stars), in the center of town and equipped with an indoor game room. The pool area was closed despite being told it was already open. I had booked a treehouse suite, and we were assigned a nature suite without explanations or refunds, saying it was 'more suitable for small children': it would have been better to inform us in advance or specify which rooms are suitable for children under 3 years old. Rude reception staff who were unable to respond to requests: the only response received was 'I have to ask the owner' without ever receiving feedback.
