Poor management and total lack of respect for customers
We arrive after hours of travel and find that there is no hot water in the room. At that point we are offered a change of room, but the alternative solution was clearly inferior to the one booked and paid for: zero comfort and a bathroom in undignified conditions, with underfloor shower and embarrassing hygiene standards.
But the real problem was not the fault itself, which can also happen, but the behavior of the owner. To the simple and legitimate request to review the cost of living, made in a polite way given the situation, the response was aggressive, arrogant and totally out of place. Phone call closed in the face and number blocked: a shameful attitude for anyone who runs an accommodation facility.
It was evident that this treatment was reserved for us because we were boys, probably considered more “manageable” or less inclined to argue. We only stayed because it was late, we were tired and needed a room for the night, certainly not because the facility or service deserved it.
Bad management, zero professionalism and total lack of respect for customers. Not recommended in every respect.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, it’s ideally situated, a coffee shop steps away is a bonus every morning. Staff is friendly, rooms clean, area safe. Will return again.
