Far better than expected

Best location in Sirmione, slightly away from the madding crowds,with great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. I wouldnt want to stay any nearer to the castle area.
For value for money this place is hard to beat, I would seriously have to take issue with some of the negative reviews here.
Very comfortable clean room. Great staff, excellent service. Great breakfast buffet.
I wouldnt hesitate in coming here again.

Cockroaches in the room.

Cockroaches in the room. Running away when you enter the room and svitcj in the lights. Disgusting.

Dated but great location with lovely staff

Having read some of the reviews just prior to our visit, I was somewhat nervous and prepared to change hotels if neads be. However though the rooms are dated and in need of renovation, We took our grandchildren and stayed in a quadruple room ( joining room) room 1 & 2, the second room was a bit on the small side and the rooms were definitely very basic, however clean and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially marielle? and Maria, all of them were very friendly, if anything ran out at breakfast they replenished it. We hand lunch outside in the restaurant which I would definitely recommend, all of our meals were fabulous. The pool area could do with a bit of work on but the pool was kept clean and the kids enjoyed it. The area is at the bottom end quietest part of sirmione and it is a very nice location.
Overall I have stayed in much better hotels but for price, location and extremely friendly staff I would stay again

fantastic location and great food and facilities staff pleasant and friendly

fantastic location with pleasant friendly staff. food was excellent the hotel and the surrounding area was spotless
buffet breakfast was good quality and plentiful the restaurant was excellent with a good selection of choices
great pool area with plenty of beds
don't be put off by some of the negative reviews we found them completely unfounded would definitely return

Terrible staff.

Good food but unwelcoming staff and rude, boorish owner.
