Bad service in great location
1 sleepless night causes malfunction heating

A real shame
On the positive side there are definitely the location of the house, the convenient parking a few dozen meters and the large terrace overlooking the sea.
The management instead leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness (we had to clean the windows and wash the external and internal floors)
The first two nights we spent locked in the room because the external drains gave off a strong smell.
On the terrace the wooden armchairs and sunbeds did not have pillows or mats as in any hotel structure.
We also had to, twice, call the owner because the cleaning girl had not left toilet paper.
In short, a structure that could be wonderful if only the problems were solved before the arrival of guests.

A beautiful discovery!
Casa Teresa is located exactly at the entrance to the village of Sirolo and allows you to have a private car park at the top of the slope that leads to Spiaggia Urbani. Not very convenient if you have to use the car every day, given that the road is narrow and often used by the shuttle that takes people to the beach, but, if you leave it there without touching it (like we did), you are fine for the entire stay, given that the distances to places of interest are still short and can be reached on foot or by public transport.
The room is well maintained, clean, re-modernised (since the building is not new) and complete with all comforts. The sea view is fabulous and very romantic.
Breakfast included provided at a bar always managed by the owner, who was kind and helpful at all times.
The price is in the Sirolo standard, but the room is still worth the expense.
