Good hotel due to location

80s style hotel, the property is family run. The owner is very nice and helpful, I happened to submit some problems were solved in a few hours.
Rooms are clean and linen is changed very often
We had asked for a drying rack in the room and we were satisfied sacrificing certainly a bit 'the reduced spaces, but we organized.
The beach is only 3min is well equipped, our room which was quadruple was provided two umbrellas with sunbeds and deckchairs, great Service.
The beach of the structure is very wide, great for my boys who organized ball games without disturbing guests.
The sea is spectacular especially for my diving.
The half-board agreement was perfect thanks to the owner Domenico di Shabby.

Great location

We stayed 13 days in this hotel in Soverato, great location, you can park your car and not take it for the duration of the holiday, it is facing the sea and the center of all the nightlife serale.La structure is dated but with excellent cleanliness, the owners are very kind and available to satisfy you for your every request,

Unbeatable location, but the hotel feels the weight of the years

I stayed at this hotel for a short break in Soverato and my impressions are mixed. Its main strength is undoubtedly the location: it is located right in front of the sea and in the heart of the city. This makes travel very convenient, allowing you to walk to restaurants, shops and all points of interest without the need for a car.
However, the hotel would need a complete renovation. The furnishings and common areas seem to be stuck in the 80s. Breakfast, included in the price, is very simple and unfortunately does not offer alternatives for those with food intolerances. In an era where these needs are common, it would be a Service to be improved absolutely.
Another plus point is the private beach included in the price, which offers umbrella and chairs. It would be perfect if it was equipped with additional facilities such as a bar, to make the day at the beach even more enjoyable.
In summary, I recommend it to those looking for a practical and unpretentious solution, and gives absolute priority to the central location.

Great location but the rest...

The hotel is located on the seafront of Soverato, in a truly enviable position and has a private beach that can be accessed without any surcharge. Location and beach are the strengths of a structure where time seems to have stopped in the late 70s (or early 80s, you name it): the hotel is nothing short of dated and in need of a thorough renovation. Rooms and toilets are basic, the breakfast is rather sparse (no fruit and savoury products) and does not take into account the fact that there may be guests with intolerances or that by their necessity they are forced to follow vegan diets. Sufficient cleaning and staff available to deal with any inconveniences that may occur during your stay. The hotel does not have a private parking but in the surroundings of the hotel there are both free and paid parking.
Ultimately, I would recommend the hotel Nettuno exclusively for the location and beach Service included, instead they would do well to look for something else that would like a comfortable hotel and feel pampered by the staff.

Absolutely to try

Excellent location 2 steps from the private beach with deck chairs and umbrellas well managed by the lifeguard mention for the young Simone well present on site.
The management well managed and present at every need with courtesy and attention, good breakfast and excellent collaboration with Shabby restaurant, also excellent really excellent,.
The zignor Fernando a great gentleman and soul of the hotel... what about... the best
