Cosy

Beautiful place! The location is very convenient: close to the center of Tarquinia and many beaches. The owner is very helpful. We did not miss anything and would have liked to stay longer to make more use of the common areas: swimming pool, barbecue, table tennis!

Nothing is better....

I have been traveling throughout Italy for work for almost thirty years, never in my experiences have I had the ownership of accommodation/B&B/Hotels/Houses be so unsympathetic and arrogant.
I had a terrible experience due to the unusual behavior of the owners, arrogance is commonplace, the accommodation initially appears nice as does the entire tourist complex, but then as the days go by the defects of construction (you can even hear the breathing of your neighbors), the trains that seem to pass over your bed every night, the light is only artificial while you have to forget about privacy (cameras everywhere and always on, big brother doesn't give a damn) .
On a positive note, the real estate agency with which I negotiated for the entry and above all for the exit from the nightmare, splendid Serena and professional Domenico.
Not recommended if you have to stay more than one night, always better to avoid.
P.S. don't "forget/leave" the air conditioner on, otherwise the owners will enter your house without thinking about it......

The Nursery, a place to relax.

We stayed at the end of summer 2021. Structure with attention to detail, halfway between the sea and Tarquinia. The fact of having the swimming pool at your disposal leads you to avoid taking the car to go to the beach especially when the weather is a little capricious. Tarquinia is child-friendly so it is recommended for those with families. Owners very helpful and attentive. There is a vegetable garden with fruit, vegetables and aromatic herbs.

In the country by the sea

Il Vivaio has self-catering flats about 5 minutes’ drive from Tarquinia lido. It’s surrounded by fields and has a lovely pool. The flats are spotlessly clean and have everything you could need—fast WiFi, air con, TV, well equipped kitchen etc. We were there to escape the heat of Rome and have a dip in the sea, but you might also visit the Etruscan tombs, which are stunning. The centre of the old town is worth a quiet wander while the lungomare is the place to be on a Saturday evening.

THE TRUMAN SHOW!

Tutto è perfetto. 6 casette tutte uguali con oggetti tutti uguali disposti nell'identico ordine. Niente può essere spostato pena i rimbrotti dei proprietari che celati dietro le loro mascherine osservano e controllano da ogni angolazione gli spostamenti degli ospiti, gli acquisti e le chiacchiere, chiedendosi com'è possibile che gli ospiti abbiano socializzato e organizzato barbecue inaspettati!
Barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti nell'area comune attrezzata appositamente con tanto di luminarie che si accendono rigorosamente alle 21!
Non c'è che dire la struttura merita anche se sprovvista, ahimé, di una lavatrice, fosse anche comune, ma sarebbe una nota stonata la centrifuga di una lavatrice chiaramente non in sintonia con l'aria mesta e silenziosa dei cipressi che circondano questo piccolo paradiso campestre!
Peccato davvero tutto questo rigore che impedisce di trasmettere passione ed entusiasmo al soggiorno...quindi nel preparare le valige ricordate di portarvi umorismo, allegria, entusiasmo e soprattutto socialità!

No lavatrice
La piccola piscina chiude alle 19 (pieno giorno)
No giochi con la palla (ping pong a parte)
No luci area comune prima delle 21
No lettini in piscina per 4 (anche se i posti letto sono 4)
