Disappointing experience

We stayed at Hotel Avio together with our town's parish. Although the rooms were acceptable, upon arrival we found the towels stained with blood. When we requested replacements, the owner demanded a supplement of 5 dollars per towel. In the food, we also found the presence of hair and pieces of plastic. As if that were not enough, the water from the faucets was brown due to maintenance work and, despite the situation, they wanted to make us pay for bottled water as well.
In addition to the serious service failures, the owner proved to be completely rude and lacking in professionalism.

My vacation

Decent hotel, well located, the rooms were small and chaotic, the linens changed only once a week seems excessive to me: you could pay, however, and have them changed... It has a very strict policy in case something breaks, but many things were on the verge of breaking from the moment we arrived: the glass tables at the reception were not attached well to the metal part underneath and could be removed easily, the key to our room had a cut at the base that took up half of it with the risk that it would get stuck in the lock.
The food was usually good (I always had the daily menu) but every now and then they had a clearly chemical taste, the breakfasts were well structured but the drink machine has a problem with the hot chocolate, reported and nothing changed.
The waiters were nice and kind even if they lived under the climate of terror of the manager (at least I think it was him) who insulted them for the slightest mistake even in front of the guests. Then he made an incredible scene with a gentleman, treating him very badly for having made a comment about his attitude.
P.S. the photo uploaded was taken from the entrance door and the yellow wall was the limit: as a room, 3 of us had to stay in it.

Friendly staff but door lock did not work

Nice staff but door lock was broken for almost all the days we stayed there. Food was very nice some days and others not so nice. Boot and skit fit rooms were very clean and good overall. Just the fact that our door broke is why I gave this a 3 star.

What meat is this? "Chip!"

Staff were kind but didn't know full English, when we asked what meat was in the dinner, they replied with "Chip". The service and rooms were nice. Food was okay, starters being better than the main which is questionable. over all, i give a CHIP out of 5 Stars. The location is near perfect for a skiing/snowboarding holiday.
