Everything perfect!!!

We just left after a night spent here, you were passing through, I do not deny that reading the reviews, before leaving I was worried, instead it went perfectly! The friendly staff, they also suggested a great restaurant x dinner, just a few steps away, we slept in the small apartamento because it was the only available, clean, large, fresh, quite new... hotel breakfast plentiful and fresh. Nothing to say, if we were to pass nearby, we will be back!!!!!!
Ps. There's a parking lot, attached to the hotel, only a few cars remain indoors under a roof, the others are lined up there, but that's okay we didn't care.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Terrible experience. Modest property, an old building renovated in a slapdash way. I chose it only for the central location and because it offered a garage for the cost of 8 euros. Upon arrival, we discovered that the garage does not exist; in its place is a small outdoor parking lot. As if that were not enough, my car was broken into at night and various items were stolen, causing damage of about 600 euros. The hotel's response to my compensation request was disappointing to say the least. After two months of correspondence and showing invoices and receipts to the insurance adjuster, I was told that the policy did not cover the incident. To be avoided at all costs!!

Unfriendly reception staff; I asked for balloons in the room, naturally paying for them, and I was told that I would find them in the room, but there was nothing there. The room was not very clean with mold on the curtains and in the shower; as soon as we turned on the whirlpool tub, hair came out of the jets; the bed was uncomfortable. Booked a relaxing massage for 7:00 PM; ten minutes before, I was told it was no longer available; a negative experience not to be repeated abundant breakfast.

THEY CANCELED MY RESERVATION WITHOUT REASON

I booked a triple room by phone in the evening, waited for the email to send the deposit, and then magically in the morning, they sent me a message saying THEY MADE A MISTAKE and are fully booked! After the booking, the staff had asked me three times for the dates of the stay. Simply inadequate and unfit, as well as unprofessional. To be avoided
