Nature, Love and Friendship in a green site and close to the beach and the old town
We noticed several strengths:
1- The proximity on foot to the beach and the historic center of Termoli
2- the tranquility of the houses surrounded by nature
3- the cleanliness and essentiality of the structure
4- the great availability 'of Bernardo and Francesca
In particular I appreciated the humanity, the correctness and generosity of Bernardo who cultivates with great love the organic products of his estate, in particular the capers of Termoli which are excellent ingredients for a multitude of dishes.
Bernardo is a great lover of local culture who cultivates with great love and dedication and generously lavishes on those who appreciate naturalness and sustainability. You built a friendship right away.
Highly recommended for lovers of nature and tranquility 'respecting our ancient traditions that unfortunately are being lost.
We will be back.

Great choice
The house surrounded by greenery is clean and equipped with new furnishings and utensils, as rarely happens in beach houses.
Nearby and easily accessible beaches, but above all Bernardo and Francesca are available and attentive to the needs of customers also providing interesting information to better enjoy the holiday.
They're also nice! Which doesn't hurt!

Nature, relaxation, sea
The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare excellent outdoor dinners.
A 20-minute walk takes you to the center of Termoli where you can lose yourself in the narrow streets, dine in one of the many restaurants, have an ice cream.
Convenient location for a trip to the Tremiti Islands.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming thanks to Francesca and Bernardo who take care of this place and its guests impeccably.
We will be back!

Consigliatissimo!
Camere accoglienti, ben arredate, pulite. Situato su un'altura, la struttura si presenta immersa nel verde...un'oasi di tranquillità a pochi metri dagli stabilimenti balneari e dalla spiaggia libera (2 minuti a piedi). Lo staff sempre disponibilissimo, cortese e gentile. Assolutamente consigliato!
