Cosy place in the heart of Termoli

We spent here 2 nights and we loved it. It is practically in the city center.
If you want to feel the italian spirit i trully recommend this place. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is very stylish decorated. And it is so spacious!
The hosts are warm and friendly, even if their english is not the best :)
The port is also close, a 10 min walk. So if you intend to go on a boat tour (we went to Isole Tremiti) this accomodation would defintely suite your needs

Proceed incorrectly.

I stayed with my wife from 10/3 to 4/23. I paid in cash upon entering, but I made the mistake of not requesting an invoice. After a month they deducted from my card the stay that I had already paid for. I made repeated complaints on WhatsApp, they replied that they were going to refund it, but that did not happen. Regrettable proceeding, for this reason I do not recommend it.

It looked like it was never used before.

This is such a nice little apartment in the middle of the old part of the city. It was a little bit hart to find because our navigator wanted us to drive into one-way streets that was not allowed. So we drove to the trainstation and called the owner who came to rescue us within a couple minutes.
The apartment is very tasteful decorated. And as I wrote in the title it looked like it was never used before.
Breakfast was very Italian with only a coffee and a croissant at a bar close to the apartment. No problem about that because we know that Italian people do not use very extensive breakfasts.
We loved it very much to stay in Termoli with compliments to the owners.

Very poor communications

I booked this through a booking site where the property advertises that it has onsite parking and that its staff speak English. Neither are true. The property is in the middle of a pedestrianised zone with restricted access and limited parking around the edges of that zone. When I tried phoning them to get directions, they rudely told me they don't speak English and hung up on me. They did the same to the booking site staff who tried to contact them on my behalf. Eventually a translator was used to arrange a cancellation.

Very enjoyable stay

We spent two nights at Dependance Ludovica, a small ground-floor apartment located on a nice street near the main pedestrian area in Termoli. The apartment is very modern and clean. It consists of a main room with a small kitchenette, table and chairs, and a couch which can be used as a double pull-out bed, followed by a bedroom with a queen bed, and a small en-suite bathroom. The proprietors were very welcoming and kind. Breakfast (in the form of one croissant or pastry per person) is available at a nice near-by cafe. The apartment is not very close to the beach, so perhaps might be less suitable for those on a beach holiday, but suited us well as we wanted to be nearer to the main downtown of Termoli.
Only minor complaints were that WiFi was not yet available at the time of our stay due to difficulties with installation, the channels available on the TV appeared to be predominantly in Arabic rather than in Italian or English, and the bathroom was a bit tight. Overall however it was a very pleasant stay!
