Kindness and hospitality

I stayed for one night alone, just passing through, and I must say that Donato, the manager, was extremely kind, helpful and thoughtful seeing a young girl alone. The room was in perfect condition: clean, cool and equipped with the right privacy.
My experience? Perfect.

Romantic weekend in Termoli

Very convenient to reach, as it is close to the highway exit and in five minutes you can reach the center of Termoli; the room and bathroom are clean and comfortable; you can park for free in front of the entrance; also, on Mr. Donato's recommendation, we dined at the restaurant "La Vida," which is 200 meters away and offers excellent value for money.

Very satifed

Nice experience, super clean room, 5 minutes from the center, and then what about Donato, nice super nice person, we will definitely return

Bad experience

Bad experience staying 4 days in this place not worthy of the asking prices. Bad cleaning because managed by the owner only at the exit of customers in a very superficial way, housing obtained in an industrial structure and then suffered very hot with air conditioning that works at 30%, for breakfast has no conventions with anyone and then you pay it, the owner if given confidence is very intrusive and in bad taste... the reviews I had read for me are not true. To forget ..

Fine place, between north and south.

Lovely place to stay overnight. A very nice host, who wants to help you with everything. Clean room, great bed, nice spacious shower. The environment may seem noisy, but we have not had noise pollution. Overall, a good place to sleep.
