Family weekend
Very kind owner and super available for any need. Very convenient location a few meters from the station and various restaurants, parking under the house.
Comfortable environments with all the necessary amenities. Rich breakfast.

Inadequate value for money
I stayed overnight in the "home sweet home" facility with my wife and given the sum requested (€200 for one night with breakfast included), I would like to point out some shortcomings that I would have accepted if I had spent less:
1) the thermostat was stuck at 19°C without being able to adjust it manually (that same evening we asked Mrs. Nadia who increased it to 20°C without however allowing us manual intervention (which could have been to lower it during the night and increase it when we wake up)
2) the bathroom was not equipped with shower products which were provided to us only after an explicit request to Mrs. Nadia
3) the breakfast products were already present in the room on the evening of arrival (and furthermore the package of biscuits was open - see attached photo and the fruit juice package in the fridge was also already open)
4) any sort of napkin was missing and here too, after an explicit request made to Mrs. Nadia, the requested product was delivered to us
5) upon entering the apartment we found only one coffee pod (see photo) and even in this case it was necessary to make an explicit request to have more
6) brioches present and individually packaged without any expiry date or type indicated
7) compared to the financial agreements agreed upon by telephone, upon arrival at the facility I was told by Mrs. Nadia that I had to spend €20 more (compared to the agreed amount) linked to the cleaning of the facility in which I was staying, as I would have had this amount still had to be respected even if I had booked via booking.com (the latter information which I "absolutely" did not find when considering a booking even further down the line).
Furthermore, by simulating the latter I discovered that the structure offered private parking, which was not offered to me upon my arrival as I was told to park the car in a public car park located more than 200 meters from it.
In response to the requests we kindly made to Mrs. Nadia (see the various points) we heard her reply that "it's a long list, but when will you pay me?" ..... A few words to the wise.
Having said this, there are also several positive sides including the location of the structure near the railway from which the Bernina Red train also departs, the immense space of the apartment in which I spent the night, a glance from the balcony looking at the panorama and proximity to the historic center of Tirano.

Worst ever
Still in shock after a couple of nights in this place called " bed and breakfast", without breakfast, without TV, without cleaning the following day, without providing. (medical) assistance after a bad fall in the bathroom, without giving any fiscal receipt, just asking for cash with the excuse that pos doesn't work. On arrival, we. said that there would be workers on the sirte for 15 minutes, but that had prolonged to nearly 2 hours, including our part of the villa. The owner came in whithout our consent. , nor asking, without a reason like cleaning. Worst experience. ever . Maybe the department of hospitality should investigate and. also regarding the payment in cash without proper receipt. I had a bad fall in the bathroom because lacks in regulations, thus people do not get hurt or even worse. I do not wish anybody to have such experience. It is called bed and breakfast, but there is no breakfast, no TV, no warm welcome and so on...

The Casa Dolce Casa apartment house was very nice with excellent service
The Casa Dolce Casa apartment house in Tirano (Lombardy, Italy) is conveniently situated less than 10 minutes far away from the train station (start/end of Bernina Express).
The apartment was a big one (3 separate rooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen) and it was fully equipped for preparing food and breakfast (e. g. refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, oven, etc.) and the propriety owner Nadia offered exceptional service by explaining everything we have asked for with a friendly manner.
The apartment was very clean, the value for money was relatively good, and the location very good (not far from the city’s center), but the heating system was weak.
In conclusion I was very satisfied with my stay at Casa Dolce Casa Apartment House and I will stay again next time I will be in Tirano (Lombardy, Italy).

This property is very clean, confortable and centrally located!!! The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a nice patio. Nidia, the owner, goes above and beyond to your needs. We were able to check-in early and allowed us to leave our bags in the property our scheduled train departure time. Very convenient!!! The train station is about a 8 minute walk. Make sure you take the underground tunnel that connects the train station with the bus station. From the bus station is only a 5 minute walk. We hope to stay in Casa dulce casa next time. Thank you Nidia!!!!
