Great hotel; lack of warmth from the hosts

The hotel comes highly recommended.
The location of the hotel is exceptional.
The staff is very accommodating.
The food, both breakfast and dinner, was exceptionally good.
It is worth mentioning the lack of warmth from the hosts!!

vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung und dafür, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, so viele schöne Eindrücke mit anderen Gästen zu teilen.
Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie besonders unsere Lage, unser Team und die Küche genießen konnten. Gerade in diesen Bereichen steckt sehr viel persönliches Herzblut.
Unsere Art der Gastfreundschaft zeigt sich oft nicht in großer Inszenierung oder ständiger Präsenz, sondern vielmehr in den vielen kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen.
Für uns bedeutet Gastfreundschaft, einen Ort zu schaffen, an dem man sich willkommen, aufgehoben und angekommen fühlt. Dass Sie genau dieses Gefühl mitnehmen konnten, bedeutet uns sehr viel.

Dream location and wonderful relaxation

The hotel can be recommended. The few points that need to be examined more closely would be the lack of warmth of the hosts.

End of year in Tyrol

Nice hotel, situated on the hill, with a magnificent view of Merano and the valley, among apple orchards and vineyards. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, very nice bathroom, impeccable cleanliness. Excellent quality food, buffet breakfast with variety of products and dinner served at the table, beautiful courses to see. Nice Spa, great service, friendly staff. Recommended

A pleasure

Our room was ready by 10:00. We got an upgrade to room 114. All amenities were fully met. The food, especially the gala dinner on Sunday was an absolute dream. Everything was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly.

Great location

Great location hotel with great views of the valley. Spacious, clean and well furnished room with terrace overlooking mountains and Merano. Breakfast with excellent quality products. Very good dinner, waiters sometimes unfinished. Beautiful outdoor pool (pity it lacks a corner with whirlpool).
