Hotel Dolce Stella: 2 months beachfront, waking up at 5:20 for the sunrises*
I spent 2 months at Hotel Dolce Stella and I understood what it means to arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.
*Sea and beach*: The hotel is practically on the sea. Wide, clean beach, never crowded. At 5:20 I was already there with my phone taking pictures of the sunrises: colors you don't forget. And the sound of the sea… you fall asleep and wake up to the waves. Pure therapy.
*Owners*: Nicola is the heart of the hotel, present and attentive to everything. His children Michele and Giovanna are always kind, professional, and have a smile that makes your day.
*Staff*: Antonio is the king of chats and morning coffee. Sofien is a guy who is always attentive to every detail. Davide just turned 18, very nice, intelligent, and polite like few others. Palma and Lucia, the cleaning ladies: down-to-earth, very clean, we chatted like friends.
*Kitchen*: Excellent chef. Very fresh fish every day. I ate like a king. I love stuffed eggplant and the next day they set aside seconds for me without me asking.
*Conclusion*: After 60 days I didn't want to leave anymore. Wonderful sea, genuine people, constant attention. If you are looking for a place for your soul, it is here. Paradise is here. I will definitely return.
