Best accommodation in Apulia.

A beautiful masseria, run with a lot of warmth, love, and joy.
Pool and view of the sea, simply great.
Small and fine, with a great restaurant, we had a very delicious meal.
Super comfortable beds and a large bathroom with counter space and options to dry clothes and enough storage for all the luggage.
A car is almost a must, as it is somewhat remote.
We will definitely come back.

An evening that is hard to forget.

Excellent dinner from every point of view. The kitchen works with raw materials of the highest quality, you can taste it from the first forkful: nothing is left to chance. The menu balances tradition well — with the farmhouse dishes you know and love — and the chef's proposals, which add personality without distorting anything. Excellent balance between roots and creativity.
The service deserves a special mention: attentive, present at the right moment, never intrusive. The staff is genuinely friendly, not with that formal and somewhat cold cordiality that is often found. You can tell they really care.
The atmosphere did the rest: one of those evenings where everything converges — the food, the place, the company — and you don't want it to end.
Recommended without reservations.

Alas... the vein...

Magnificent location. Kind, welcoming, and helpful staff. The sea urchin linguine and the anchovy sauce spaghetti were excellent. Some concerns about the raw seafood platter: the crustaceans seemed thawed rather than flash-frozen but, above all, for $35, it was reasonable to expect that the vein of the purple shrimp had been removed.

Unexpected surprise

Last night's stay at this farmhouse was an unexpected revelation, a successful blend of rural aesthetics and gastronomic rigor. The property boasts a privileged location, offering a stunning view that stretches to the marine horizon; the landscape architecture, characterized by a well-maintained garden and a pool perfectly integrated into the context, creates an atmosphere of rare harmony.
The experience began with a glass of Ventoso rosé, accompanied by a refined amuse-bouche consisting of a tasting of locally produced extra virgin olive oils, presented with a precise organoleptic analysis. The service immediately demonstrated a remarkable sensitivity to dietary needs, offering an impeccable gluten-free alternative for my dining companion.
The culinary journey stood out for the quality of the raw materials and technical precision:
Appetizer: The salmon, enhanced by black rice and a lime gel, proved to be a dish of excellent balance, where the citrus note elevated, without overpowering, the delicacy of the fish.
First and Second Courses: The spaghetti with anchovies from Cetara, capers, and lemon were executed with impeccable al dente cooking. The bombette of capocollo with caciocavallo were substantial, although the honorable mention goes to the tuna fillet, served with a sauce of rare flavor depth.
Side Note: The only slight discord was represented by the chips, whose execution was below par compared to the high quality profile of the other dishes.
The management of the service, entrusted to the dining room manager, was impeccable: attentive, discreet, and constantly oriented to meet every need. A venue of great value, which undoubtedly deserves a second visit.
