Offer description not in line with reality

Hello.
We booked a room for 3 adults for 2 nights via boocking from 23 to 25 August 2025
On arrival, a room in the basement (below road level)
was attributed while the pictures on boocking showed only visuals with terrace sea view.
The room is accessible by a courtyard and only had a window with a breeze view to hide the technical premises without any daylight
Despite our insistence at reception,
we were unable to obtain reimbursement of the second night or any other account compensation
The hotel manager remains unreachable and the receptionist is "sorry"
Pass your way unless you want to spend your holiday in a basement, without light, faulty air conditioning, roadside and without WiFi
The ad on Boocking is false and according to the hotel management is the responsibility of Boocking
Meanwhile, our stay is ruined

nous regrettons de lire votre déception, même si le fait que vous ayez prolongé votre séjour et apprécié notre petit-déjeuner copieux nous laisse penser que l’expérience n’a pas été totalement négative. Nous tenons également à rappeler que notre établissement propose trois catégories de chambres : il est donc important de vérifier attentivement le type réservé sur Booking afin d’éviter tout malentendu.

Highly recommend

We arrived unexpectedly when our original hotel wasn’t open and this place took us in without hesitation. From the moment we walked through the door the family running the hotel made us feel safe, cared for and genuinely welcome. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the location is unbeatable — we woke to spectacular sea views every morning. The hosts were warm, attentive and made great local recommendations. Excellent value for money for such a lovely spot. Highly recommended if you want a friendly, safe place with beautiful views.

I don't understand how they came to give negative judgments.

At first we had booked with Booking, then they contacted us and suggested we cancel with the portal and book directly with them. Good idea, since with the same price they also included breakfast. The hotel is not very large, located on the main street and has parking. The well-kept environments, good breakfast. With the pasticciotti then... the staff very attentive in everything and know how to advise well. The room was large, always clean. We were warned that the mini fridge did not cool much, but no problem. In the end it did its job. :) If the water wasn’t very cold, the important thing is that it wasn’t at room temperature. The only drawback is that the room was a bit damp. Overall it is a good hotel, worth it. The reception, however, has schedules, it is not 24h. If you arrive after hours, better notify.

cheap ghost cook

We stayed for a week in this villa. Cute place, so the girls who work there. but "we ate suck! breakfast with thawed products at the time. lunch scarce, salty and usual dishes. For example, we ate potatoes as a first course with tomato, second again boiled potatoes with oil. Here potatoes are used as a side dish. I won't tell you about barbecue night. Poor quality meat roasted on ash. It tasted like soot. Fruit was paid for apart from no dessert. This in full board!

Ci teniamo però a sottolineare che la colazione viene preparata ogni giorno con prodotti freschi: l’affermazione che utilizziamo cibi scongelati non corrisponde al vero e non rende giustizia all’impegno che mettiamo nel nostro lavoro.
