Outstanding service

Michala was outstanding. There had been an issue with the booking and phone system and after multiple calls, we were finally transferred to Michala, who handled everything with such professionalism, courtesy and patience. She is an absolute asset to the hotel group.
Fantastic room, service. A very conformable bed. All staff went above and beyond, from Francesca to maintenance staff. We would highly recommend staying here.

One of the best hotel in Trieste

The room was very clean, and the whole hotel smelled amazing. The breakfast was really nice, with plenty of food to choose from. The breakfast room was also quite spacious.
The hotel was very quiet, and we didn’t experience any noise during our stay. The service was excellent, and all the staff were really kind and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The hotel is in a great location. Although it doesn’t have its own parking, you can easily park nearby, either on the street or in a parking garage.
Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location and professional staff

The hotel is really close to the best part of the city (walking distance from the main square and the train station). The staff was very professional and helpful at all times. The room was big, well furnished and with comfortable bed and pillows.
The only critique I would make is about the parking: you will have to book it yourself in one of the garages close to the hotel (the closest is 50 m, so very convenient), while I think that a hotel like NH should provide this service for the guests. Also, the parking fee is quite high, 30 EUR per day.

Great, modern hotel. Staff very welcoming on arrival with water available on arrival. Great breakfast and Great proximity to all local restaurants

Dog friendly, incredible staff!!

The staff was unbelievable, so friendly, eager to help and accommodating. Usual for NH Hotels but you can feel the warmth of Italian hospitality combined with their love for dogs. I did not miss a single thing here, my stay felt like a stay at home. Close to the Train, easily accessible by car, accessible for wheelchairs. I highly recommend this hotel, having stayed in a couple of hotels in Trieste.
