Everything super, shame the cleanliness

I stayed with my boyfriend at the holiday home, positive experience overall, convenient indoor parking as the location of the place itself, very nice staff. Only thing the room had little cleanliness (stain on the sheet and some hair around)

Parking not in order

Parking 15€ per day without any receipt and payment only in cash. From one day to the next they raise prices as they please, for no reason. Today 20€. Public parking is cheaper. One star is already given.

Extremely rude and lack of professionalism

I had a horrible experience without even going to the place, I confirmed the reservation through the website of the residence itself, I made the reservation deposit.
The responsible person called me and simply did not understand that it is a deposit that they themselves are requesting and was extremely rude to me, in the end he said he did not accept my reservation.
Finally, I followed the processes they requested me, they themselves do not know their own process and wanted to charge me a higher amount than was described in the ad.

Excellent stay!

Really beautiful location, in front of the stairs to climb to the historic center, a step from the beach (both private and free) and the sanctuary.
Ample free parking, possibility to rent also umbrella and chairs and restaurant on site.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean structure, comfortable beds, well-soundproofed and air-conditioned room. Small fridge in the room, nice balcony (room number 2), great family room!

NOT TO BE MISSED

In October we traveled in that splendor that turns out to be all of Italy, but, in our case, the southern one, Sicily and Calabria.
We chose this reality, we stayed there for more than a week and it literally won us over!
Apart from the strategic location, a private family, friendly, helpful, cleanliness, order, maximum well-being.
And then.... truly unique and unforgettable friendships (see photo)!
Recommended to everyone!
